Well packaged. Easy enough to assemble. All welds look good, paint is uniform and seems adequate (time will tell). I wasn't clear on how the "anti wobble" bracket was intended to work until reviewing the listing photos. I haven't tried it but I expect it will be helpful. This being to lowest priced good weight capacity rating that I could find I wasn't expecting too much. I thought I would be giving up the locking hitch pin that some come with but didn't consider that to be significant. A locking hitch pin plus a regular clevis pin hitch pin is included. Nice. The tilt function of the rack I think is pretty standard and easy to operate. Maybe I'm missing something but I don't see what more the more expensive models of this same basic design have to offer. I haven't used it with my 75 pound e bike yet so this review isn't complete, but I'm expecting the best. I'll update if there are any concerns.

I LOVE finding off-brand lower priced products just as good as the more expensive name brand products. I believe this is it. It's HEAVY, it weighs a lot to pick up - that's a good sign meaning it's made heavy duty. For the bargain price it's much better than I expected, I am hauling 2 bikes one 55 lbs and the other at 50 lbs. It wobbles around a little but they all wobble around, I bungee strap to my truck's receiver hitch where the safety chains hook for extra stability - the included stability bracket that comes with it works but it's not going to stop the wobble, besides the wobble won't hurt, they all wobble. I was close to buying a used one for $150 but this one was better for a lower price. To my surprise a locking hitch pin came with it! I didn't know that when I ordered it, a locking hitch pin was worth $30 alone! I would like to thank all the reviewers for their reviews that helped me choose this rack. Also a Thank You to Amazon for selling a quality product. Thank You Again !

I really mostly like this bike rack, but I do have one issue with it. The hook that holds the bike upright continually slips and I can not get the knob to tighten enough to prevent this. The stabilizer on the hitch keeps the bike very steady so kudos for that! All in all I am happy with my purchase, I just need to figure out an alternative way to keep the hook down on the bike.

This bike rack has worked pretty well. No longer having to shove the bike in the back of the SUV, or hanging halfway out of the trunk in my car. It has worked well for my brothers e-bike too. It is relatively easy to adjust tire stands, frame locking bar, and fold when not in use to access the trunk compartment

This bike carrier is not ebike rated. I found out the hard way. 1 ebike at 65lbs and a Livestrong beach cruiser at 29lbs. The carrier broke at one of the seams dumping bikes and carrier on the road after crossing a roughly paved road. Police showed up be cause we were blocking traffic with nowhere to pull off. He looked at the mangled carrier and told me the carrier was not rated for ebikes. I showed him the Amazon page where it said it holds bikes and ebikes. Who knew? He gave me a warning saying I had enough issues with bike repair and trying to figure out how to haul the mangled carrier. I contacted the company and never heard back from them.

Came without the pin that holds it upright! Asked for a pin to be sent to me and that wasn't an option, return and exchange was offered. I settled for a 10.00 credit.
