This product does 3 things well and almost everything else poorly , The good , It came more or less assembled , took about 20 minutes to set it up It does fold and unfold pretty easily It is relatively compact. The bad The beeps it makes are extremely loud and there's no way to adjust that The deck is narrow , I find it difficult to avoid stepping on to the non-moving edges by accident The calorie count is so far off it may as well not have one at all , like 500% off. If you try to run with the deck at 0° , the belt will stop every time you step down , and you'll get the very real sensation that you're going to fall backwards. The motor randomly makes some incredibly loud grinding noises like it's going to implode. The built in speakers meant for audio playback do technically work , but there's no where to mount or place your phone on the treadmill , the cupholders aren't big enough for the job and they don't even hold a standard sized water bottle , they could maybe hold a can of soda but they would have the can sitting at 45° and it would just spill . I've had a week with it , it's trash , don't buy it . I really wish I hadn't.

I needed a decent treadmill to get my steps in and for light jogging. This is the perfect treadmill for that. It is extremely easy to assemble and looks exactly as advertised. Some reviews complain about the loud noise it makes when you turn it on, and it is loud, but that hasn't bothered me at all. It is like 3 seconds of noise. The only two slight downsides I found are there is no holder for your phone or ipad if you wanted to watch something while walking and there is no pause button if for some reason you need to stop and restart and don't want to lose your data. I have also noticed a slight drag or a bit of jerking in the belt when you first start using it. I have only been using it for 2 weeks so I am hoping with more use the drag will go away. Other than those small things I think this treadmill is great!
