  • Patience with the seller pays off
This mower is awesome and works really well. We have 5 acres that includes star thistle covered pastures, steeply sloping hillside, and regular lawn areas. This mower tackles it all. Read ALL of the reviews. So many amazing buyers have taken the time to educate on how to use this mower. No, it doesn’t come with any instructions. Our experience with the seller was ultimately fine: we received the mower promptly but without the plow we paid for. The seller is not proactively communicative but responded within 6 hours to every inquiry I sent. They sent the plow with the incorrect sized actuator. When we couldn’t figure out how to attach the plow with the part sent we asked the seller for detailed help. They filmed a video specifically for us showing every step. This allowed us to determine we had the wrong part. I sent them pictures and they immediately acknowledged it was the wrong part. A new linear actuator was sent out from Hong Kong. Took 3 weeks to arrive but we are now in good shape. We are very happy with this mower. ... show more

  • Faulty parts that are hard to find / replace
The mower works well, when it works. Have only had it 3 months, only been able to use it a few times. I have already had to replace both batteries, and now the starter has gone bad and cannot find a replacement starter online. Would not recommend.

  • Buyer beware!!
It simply doesnt work as it should. I charged the unit to drive it from the front of my home to the back so I could store it in my shed. It barely made it. Since I didnt have oil or gas, I figured maybe it needs a longer charge. So a few days later I charged it for several hours and the unit read 22.6 V at 100% - ok it must be charged, time to fill up the oil and gas and get going. I backed it out of the shed and noticed the left side crawler was kinda stuck. I managed to keep trying steering left and right and finally got it out of the shed. After I filled the oil, I filled up the gas and thats when everything went wrong. Gas leaking out from the carburetor area. The entire tank I put in is leaking on the deck to the ground. I evaluated as much as I could. Not being a mechanic, and actually thinking something should work as advertised is my fault. I cannot use a brand new $2000 piece of equipment that leaks gas and has the left crawler stuck. I literally had to shimmy it back using the forward drive with only the right side turning, dragging the left side myself to straighten it out, then going forward another foot, dragging the machine myself and repeating this until I got it back in my shed. I hope and pray they refund me and pick up this piece of garbage they sold me. **Update 6/25/26 - DO NOT BUY THIS!!! I realize others have had great success and will recommend it. But if you end up like me with a broken item, you are left to figure it our yourself. After contacting the seller for assistance in fixing the leaky carburetor, their response was "a screw is loose, tighten it" - Well thats amazing since they assumed it was leaking from one of the screws. They also assumed I hadnt tried to tighten anything. Without knowing where the leak came from I uploaded a photo of the carburetor and circled the top portion of it (between the air filter housing) where it was leaking from. I was offered a $100 credit to get it fixed. How generous - I am not a mechanic and have a very small amount of basic tools with limited skills for this. I cannot simply toss this 300+ lbs. machine into the truck of my car and drop it off for repair someplace either. Next I asked if they could send me the replacement, or point me to it by providing the make and model number. The response is to purchase a carburetor for any small motorcycle engine. Thats pretty general and once again not helpful whatsoever, since there are several models for small engines on line and they are all different. Instead of sending me a new one, or pointing me to the correct one, that was the answer from their engineer! I am still unable to use this giant $2000 paperweight with zero assistance from the MFG. How's that warrantee they provide? Non-existant! Hows the 2 year extended warrantee I purchased going to work when its conditional and begins where the MFG ends. Again fully screwed by AIWEIYA - Buyer Beware ... show more

  • Exactly what I needed.
I am very pleased with the machine. I've got about 5 hours run time on it so far. Several people have told me it's exactly what I needed and probably the only thing that can mow the hill in front of our new house. I have to take one star off for the size of the gas tank, 15-20 minutes run time is about all you can get Granted, it's working hard on our hillside but it needs a larger tank. Set up and operating instruction are sorely lacking I had go back in the house and watch a you tube video to get the thing operating on the remote. There's an "air switch" similar to a service panel breaker under a panel that has to be flipped on before the machine will operate with the remote. ... show more

  • A decent lil machine!
Surprisingly very nicely built. Very heavy duty. Even came with the upgraded/advanced rechargeable remote control. Engine starts on a dime every time. Has adjustable throttle and the idle is super smooth. Would love to add in a servo to control it via remote some day. Remote start on/off is nice. The only con that I’ve noticed so far is that the fuel tank is way too small. With it powering a 24a alternator while simultaneously mowing and moving it’s almost 300-pound weight around, I am finding myself running out of fuel after about 15 minutes of use. The tank is seriously too small for the unit. The engine is surprisingly very smooth and runs very well. For it to be only 7 HP and power both the alternator and swing blades (I liken them to basically miniature bush-hog blades), it handles power delivery quite well. I live on a very hilly mountain with several slopes - and by far has exceeded the limits. It cuts evenly to that of a push mower - which the remote lowering and raising of the deck is VERY convenient. Just bear in mind that I wouldn’t recommend this for a nicely striped lawn since the weight of the unit plus tracks if making abrupt turns will more than likely rip up some grass, but if you’re cutting just general grass and slopes with moderate brush, this has been a HUGE time saver and back saver. I’m talking at least 2 days’ worth of manual weedeating while wearing cleats and climbing up hills in 90°+ heat. With this unit, I can get it all knocked out in a solid day. Once you get used to the controls, it’s very easy to use. If you’re spending entire weekends weedeating areas where a riding mower can’t go, do yourself a favor and just buy one of these. Comes with a spare set of blades, filter and a basic user manual. Well worth the money. Just bear mindful and use general common sense while using and maintain it and it’ll be a very useful piece of equipment and your best-yard-friend for lack of a better term. :) ... show more

  • Don’t waste your money
Do not buy I really like the mower, But the shut off switch allowed water to enter , ran down to control panel. It shorted and melted wires. Return window is closed, I had tech repair all melted wires No Work more testing power not exiting control module.

  • Buyer beware!
It comes with NO instructions. Mine has a failed linear actuator right out of the box - can't lower/raise mowing deck to cut grass. Seems to be built very heavy - duty if I can just get it to work! Waiting to hear back from AIWEIYA.

  • My Independence is back...
I am STILL WAITING on the Plow Blade and mounting hardware... However I've experienced EXCELLENT and Fast responses from their company! Now the Mower itself... I am currently dealing with stage 4 Prostate Cancer, 51 months Please read my story on my Go Fund Me page listed under Vince DeTrant, and as you can imagine not so well. I can no longer maintain my 1 acre and have been paying a fellow $300.00 every 2 to 3 weeks. This Mower not only performs fantastically but has given me back a little of my independence which means everything to me not having to beg someone to do my chores. There is a learning curve, but I'm already using it with a spike tooth harrow I pieced together to ripe up my rock driveway and parking pad, and when the blade gets here I'll use it to smooth it out. I don't recommend small grass yards as the tracks will tear it up... but for my acre it's a 10! And my neighbors can't complain because it's very quiet. ... show more
