The shipper it was on doesn't service my area so it had to be transferred to a different carrier. This extended the delivery time a bit but the shipper was great to to deal with and overall I am very satisfies with the product and customer service.

Delivered as promised, early, but someone was home to receive it and the driver actually placed the pallet into our garage vice just in the driveway in front of the garage. A couple of days later, I assembled the seat, set the control arms in place, and connected the battery. The next day, I had overgrown grass that I ended up going over the whole area no less than three times and got the lawn cut flat again. Very smooth operating and easy to navigate and cut the lawn in a much quicker time than with my old rider mower. 1st mower arrived with parts of wiring harness missing. Sent me new one. 80 hours of use nd the one of the three spindles broke right off. Four screw down places onto the deck, and three of them broke right off I finished my lown. NOT what I expected from $3,000+ Zero Turn.
