One definitely needs assistance getting it off the pallet, fortunately I had a tractor to assist in pulling me off it. I am pleased with this tractor, However I'm still waiting on my armrest to arrive, which is standard for this unit. So maybe at a later date I can award 5 stars.

very cheaply made, received mower from fedex, uncrated the mower and assembled it. did cut more than an a hour before the mower started making a ticking noise. Tried to return the mower but for some reason this is not returnable according to Amazon, IM saying deceptive business practices. I took the mower to a autorized husqvarna repair shop, The shop owner said the tolerances for the blades is way smaller than the one on his floor, so now I am stuck with 4k lawn mower thats only good to pull a small yard trailer around. The seller is no help at all and amazon so far is a waste of money.

Great buy, I've had no problems with the mower. I have 5 acre yard and needed something heavy duty and this mower does a great job. It's easy to handle, has 3.5 gal gas tank, so get the whole yard done at one time.
