The mower comes in a large shipping crate that I had to remove and dispose. The mower deck arrived out of alignment, in that it was not even close to being parallel to the ground. Once unpackaged and aligned, the mower has worked flawlessly. It mows up and down hills and turns tight corners with ease. The controls are designed with safety and convenience in mind.
