I used it weekly for one year to water my plants, empty it regularly, and it did not rust. I love this watering can!! It's so chic and the spout is slender enough to get the base of some of my expansive plants. It's very easy to use, it's light weight and easy to fill. I definitely recommend using it inside and keeping it inside as it's metal so it will rust if exposed to the elements, also make sure you empty any excess water out after each use. I have had no rust issues but I make sure that I don't leave any standing water. It's a really cute and chic watering can!

The media could not be loaded. *UPDATE* The mister had trouble working properly about 3 months of use, and completely broke about a month after that. The watering can is great though and worth the price even without the mister, so I will only take it off a star. The watering can feel sturdy, pours well and looks great. The mister is made of plastic and the mist on mine comes out a little rough but it gets the job done and looks lovely next to the watering can.

I needed this to water my indoor plants. And it works like a charm. Long slim nose part is perfect to water indoor as it doesn't make any mess and no water leaking. Love the look of it as well, I leave it in corner of my living room and doesn't look out of place. Gold tone of the can is very lovely. I had this for many months now & color hasn't changed either. Handle is very comfortable to use as well.

Bought this watering can, thinking the bottle would be cute for a different project, and the bottle didn't come with the can! Based on the reviews, I didn't feel the need to pursue the bottle, and I do like the watering can, but still disappointed in false advertising or bad packaging - whichever it was. The watering can itself is nice! It looks nice sitting on the plant shelf and it functions well. Holds just enough water to give my wall of succulents their needs. It does pour fast, like others said, but unless you're a muppet, you shouldn't really spill?! Don't overfill it and be careful how you carry it and pour slowly and you're all set. I've also been alert for signs of rust - I tend to dump it upside down and shake it out just to make sure it's as dry as I can get it and no problems so far. I don't use it super often though because succulents.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Decorative and functional. The mister was a bonus. I thought it might be too delicate, but it seems very well made. Design: The handle makes it very aesthetic for decoration and easy to pour.
