Ordered the purple version of this printer. It is perfect for getting labels printed lightning fast. I don't know if I can rate this printer highly enough, I would do 10 stars if I could! Easy to set up and worked great right out of the box. (The only problem I had was with Bluetooth connection and it turns out you just need to make sure you have "advanced" selected in the Bluetooth devices discovery option for it to show up.) It was very well packaged with everything needed to guide you step by step to using the printer. Love the quality and ease of use! I need to say, it gives you detailed instruction to set up the printer, it gives a USB drives that has the app insides for you to download. everything looks nice and perfect at the beginning when i got it. but the fact is.. it has so many steps to set up the printer. plus if you use the macbook like me, you needs usb to usb-c adapter. (it says the adapter is included as per manual, but it is missing in my order). After following all instructions to set up the printer and finally i printed the sample label, the label is not as clear as i expected. and when i want to print the label that i wanted, the printer shows offline. after several attempts, i gave up. very disappointed experiences. Selling on EBay, and really enjoying this as a time and money saver! Wonderful that this prints with heat, no ink cartridge worries. Also very fast. A few PIA factors: Must save the label to the Rekdom app, (or any file on the device) then each time open, choose sizing, center, choose printer and go. Not bad once you get used to it. That said, it prints really well and is a pleasure to peel n stick instead of using tons of ink and tape for shipping. Now about that product name . . . ... show more
