This is a sturdy well made machine. It runs smooth and quiet. I am a big guy and it adjusts perfectly for me. The assembly was easy and straightforward. They kindly provide two sets of tools to assemble it. The nuts and bolts come in a paper backed plastic container with numbers identifying each part. Have a tray to catch parts after opening it as some might slide around a bit. The drawings made it easy to figure out where each nut, bolt and washer goes. The arms are clearly marked left and right. Be mindful that the pedals have a reverse thread. Be sure to thread the pedal all the way in before you put the backing nut on so it doesn't hold the pedal away from being fully attached. The scan mode cycles through each mode, pausing each step. You can set it to stay in just one mode. The menu is pretty easy so I may not need to retype the directions which are in pretty small print. After assembly I jumped on and cycled for only five minutes and got winded, thinking OMG what terrible shape I am in - then I noticed I had the resistence all the way up. I felt better after I adjusted it down to a lower setting and was peddling easier- be sure to check that before you start. My wife and I are happy with this machine. I believe it will be a big help in improving our physical condition. By the way, this thing rolls easily once you lift it up high enough to catch the wheels.

**★★★★★ Comfortable, quiet, and easy on the knees** I bought this to get moving again without beating up my joints, and it's been exactly right. The recumbent seat is genuinely comfortable — wide, cushioned, and with a backrest that actually supports your lower back, so I can do 40 minutes without the soreness I got from an upright bike. It's whisper-quiet. I ride while the TV is on and nobody has to turn the volume up. The magnetic resistance is smooth through all 16 levels; level 3–4 is an easy warm-up, and by 10+ it's a real workout. The arm handles are a nice bonus — using them turns it into a full-body session instead of just legs. The LCD tracks time, speed, distance, calories, and heart rate through the hand sensors, which is all I need. Assembly took about 30 minutes with the included tools and the instructions were clear enough. The frame feels solid and doesn't wobble, and the 400 lb capacity means it's sturdy for anyone in the household. Minor notes: the heart rate reading is approximate, and the seat adjustment is manual rather than a lever slide. Neither is a dealbreaker. Great value for the price — glad I went with this one.

This is a great bike at a great price as well! This recumbent bike exceeded my expectations in every way. The build quality is solid, the ride is whisper‑quiet, and the seat comfort is outstanding — ideal for longer sessions. The resistance levels offer plenty of challenge, and the digital monitor tracks everything I need without feeling cluttered. Overall I like the bike but there are a couple of things I wish to share. Ok, it stated it was 90% assembled and easy for someone over 60 to assemble. Well it was maybe 70% assembled and while technically it was pretty easy to put together if you are a spry 60+ and can easily get down on the floor and contort to the angles needed to get the leverage needed to screw things on and off. It would also be easy to assemble if you had an elevated work space to assemble it on. Fortunately I have nice kids (34, 30) who didn't mind putting it together for me. I didn't knock any points off for this as I had already assumed it was the normal advertisement/sales BS and had already planned for my kids to assemble it anyway. What I took a star away for first off was it arrived with 2 of the curved washers missing. Second have you heard of "lefty loosly, righty righty" meaning to loosen or remove something you turn it to the left (counter clockwise) and tighten you turn it to the right (clockwise). Well all the parts to be attached followed this simple rule except for the left pedal assembly. To losen/remove the attached bolt it needed to be turned clockwise and when tightening/attaching the petal it needed to be turned counterclockwise. Exact opposite of "lefty loosly, righty righty". Once this was figured it out it wasn't hard to attach. I'm just glad we didn't strip the teeth on the shaft before we figured it out. I think the second factor, not the missing washers, is what peeved me the most. As it speaks to a breakdown in quailty control of the parts and makes me worried about the longevity of the bike. I was thinking of deducting 2 stars and only giving you 3 but the bike is smooth and quiet in its pedaling as advertised and that is a good thing at this price point. Most bikes at this price point are kind of herky jerky in there movement as this bike is not. So overall I was pleased I've only had the bike a few days so it remains to be seen just how durable and lasting it can be. At this price, If I get at least 2 years out of it I'll be happy. If I don't I'll have to re-evaluate this review.

We are so happy with our purchase of this Recumbent bike. This bike is perfect for us. The sliding seat has made it easy for different heights to move to a comfortable position. My wife has been unable to do much walking for exercise and is so happy to be able to finally be able to exercise once again. The bike came timely and so well packed. I was able to easily put it together with all the tools provided. It’s very comfortable and quiet during use and gives at efficient work out! We look forward to many years of being able to continue building our health. We are seniors and our happy that we can use this bike indoors, especially during cold winter months or hot summer heat.

We have a Peloton bike with about 10 hours of use on it. Too uncomfortable, even with a switched out padded seat on it. This bike is perfect. It took a minute to put together, but everything fits and the instructions were good. It is very comfortable and easy to use and gives a great workout. It’s quiet. My 35 year old girlfriend uses it almost daily. She loves it. For indoor daily exercising for health, this is a great product. I highly recommend it. The build quality is great. Especially with the magnetic drive, I think it will last for many years.

Better than expected. This is a well built and sturdy unit, For the price, I was amazed. Fairly easy to assemble with clear instructions. Pretty heavy, so I needed to unbox and carry down to the basement in sections. My wife and I both have been using it for a couple of weeks and love it. We had an issue with a clicking sound and contacted customer service and they determined I had not tightened one of the pedals sufficiently. Once I corrected the situation it now operates very quietly. They were very quick to respond via text and clear in their instructions. I asked for the free seat cushion they offered and it arrived within a week. The cushion is a nice addition and makes the ride more comfortable.
