Good quality, easy to put together, and good value. I like the position of the resistance control, and the step thru construction. The seat adjustment works very well. Never have liked pedal straps so I don't use them. I'm 6 foot and I can pedal the bike with seat all the way adjusted back and my knees are straight. I think saying the bike is adjustable to fit someone 6 foot 7 inches might be over stating the size capacity but I do believe the weight capacity rating. The quietness is really nice compared to the old fan bike I had. The seating position is very comfortable on a recumbent bike. It is very easy and safer to get on and off of then my old bike.     • Minor issues aside - excellent choice!

Only used it once so far... just set it up today - not difficult at all, and most of the bolts were already installed, just had to take them out and put them back in, which made things much easier. It's quiet and although the resistance selector doesn't seem like a big difference instantly, there is one. One minor issue with assembly: I had trouble putting on the left pedal strap after the right went on easily, then I realized the right was actually installed what, to me, would seem upside-down, but trying to do the left one what I thought was the "proper" way it just wouldn't work, so although they are both now what I would say is "upside-down" they work great. I couldn't connect to the apps, at first. My iPhone nor Windows could "see" the Bluetooth at all and I was concerned, especially since the Zwift app did not have the Kawnina brand listed. While Googling the E100 model number I ran across the Tunturi Centuri E100. I use that one and the app picked up the bike immediately, with the serial number and it works fine. It doesn't seem like I should have to do that, but I couldn't find a website or any other support for the bike. Now that the app is connected all the relevant data goes right into Apple Health which is what I wanted. Even with those two issue, I still give the bike 5 stars because it is solidly built and comfortable - that's what its really about. ... show more

This bike is the only one that I have found that is completely silent. No sounds at all. Sturdy and easy to install. The size is perfect - not too big, not too small. It is not heavy to move around . Functions are not complicated and has the exercise levels I need. Great for the money!

    • The bike works reasonably well but poor instructions made it hard to assemble

This is the fifth bike I have owned and proved to be the most frustrating one I have had to assemble. The written instructions were difficult to follow and the video that was sent to me could have been more helpful if if the assembly had not been speeded up and if greater care had been taken to show exactly what the person was doing. This was particularly true of the resistance mechanism. In the video it looks like with just a little tug the tension chord becomes long enough to complete the assembly. In reality I found that I had to pull it as hard as I could to make it long enough. The bike rides smoothly enough but the seat position slides forward as I am peddling in the lock position. Finally I could find no information on how to contact customer service. Had I known all of this I would not have bought this bike I was able to contact customer service through Amazon. I sent them a video showing the difficulty with setting the seat position and they sent me a video on how to install that part of the bike which helped to resolve the problem ... show more
