After reading other reviews, I ordered this stationary bike for rehab on my knee. It was well packed and all the parts arrived without damage. My husband put it together in about an hour and a half. He said the instructions were easy to follow and straightforward. The bike itself is easy to move with the wheels on the front bar. The seat is fairly easy to adjust. It doesn't have pre-measured slots, so it can be moved to just the right spot. It is very quiet and the pedals run very smooth. The function screen is easy to read and move around the different functions. The instructions are on a piece of paper, not an actual manual, so be careful when you throw out the packing materials. There is a small shelf at the bottom of the screen that you can set your phone or device. My Kindle fit perfectly. The knob that adjusts the tension is easy to turn. I have arthritis, so that's important. The pulse function is easy to read. The pulse sensor is on the handle bars, so when you hold them, your pulse can be read. I'm never sure how accurate these are, but it seemed fairly close to what is should be. An added bonus is the water bottle holder. I didn't see that in the product description when I placed my order. I purchased this recumbent bike because I can't stand a normal stationary bike. This is much more comfortable and easy on the back. The only con are the peddle straps. They don't adjust very easily, so I just took them off. They have pegs and the straps are supposed to fit over the little pegs, but the straps are very stiff rubber and with my arthritic hands, I can't get them to stretch over the peg. I'm not sure this could be changed, but it seems to work just fine without them. I think they would be fine for stronger hands and I know over time the material will soften or stretch some, so it would go on easier. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase! ... show more

I was able to assemble it in one morning, thanks to the excellent directions. It’s a little smaller and lighter than my previous bike, making it very comfortable to use. I bought this bike for my son's 18th birthday, at his request. He is a big guy, 6 ft tall and 245 lbs., is on a weight loss journey and wanted an indoor bike to bring more consistency to his workout routine. This bike fits and balances him perfectly. The assembly was easy and straight forward. The bike is sturdy and works very well in helping him reach his cardio goals. He is averaging 5 miles per day on it, and the ride is very quiet and smooth. One of the best purchases I've bought! The bike is so smooth, if feels like a premium bike for sure, some of the pieces are powder coated orange which make it really nice. Other bikes don't come with even a slight cushion, so that was a big deal breaker for me. This one has the seat padded. The LCD screen shows you things like heart rate, time in the bike (which notices when you pause for some time), calories, etc. Awesome purchase and the bike is not huge like I've set up for a friend before, which is ideal. Absolutely perfect for us Seniors. My Doctor advised me to start using a stationary bike, and this one fits the prescription. It has everything I need. It has a digital display. Tracks distance, mileage, heart rate, time. I am very short and the seat adjusts to the perfect extension for my feet to reach the pedals. It was very easy for me to put together and I am in my 70's. I have a problem with my knees, and this bike has helped with the pain. For me it is easier than going to physical therapy and use their stationary bikes. It is very easy to move from one room to another. I live in an apartment and this bike is so quiet. It makes no noise at all. It has a place for your smartphone to rest and also a place for a water bottle. I am quite happy with the bike and I am up to 3 miles a day. Yeah me! ... show more

    • The handlebars are ABSURDLY low! Knees bump arms if I use them!
The bike is stable, quiet, compact, and moderately portable if necessary. The display works OK and there are pulse-reading contacts on the arms; they do work. The bike was easy to put together, and all parts fit well. Beyond that, using the phone holder, even with my phone sideways, blocks the display screen. The seat is not comfortable (they will send you a cushion if you want one), and even without added padding the handlebars are ABSURDLY low. I am only 5'7" and my knees hit my elbows if I lean forward to use the bars. The bars are not angled either up or down, so flipping them over does not help, either. In looking over the images provided -- they are NOT accurate! The top of the display is about 6" BELOW the seat back top, with the seat adjusted from the front edge only about 1/4 of the way back! IF the manufacturer provided UPRIGHT, not horizontal, handlebars it might be enough of an improvement to use the handlebars (without bruising elbows AND knees, maybe). The seat is not adjustable up and down, only forward and backward. But as it's on a bar that angles up as the seat goes back, moving the seat either way makes it worse. This might be a great bike for someone 5' tall or shorter, but for me, it's only recumbent, so I will be reading or watching TV while using it. I'm keeping it, but I would recommend it only with the cautions I've given. My last exercise bike lasted 21 years of daily use. I can only hope this one lasts -- it only has a one-year warranty. EDIT 5/11/26. Discovered last night that when the distance counter, which goes to 999.99, rolls over to 0 again IT ERASES THE CUMULATIVE DATA FOR THAT SESSION! Not a good thing if you use the counters at all! So at about 20 minutes in, I stepped off the bike to grab my water bottle, and everything had been erased. Ugh! I am so impressed with this exercise bike. It was a bit difficult to assemble, and the instructions weren't always clear, but the final result was a sturdy, quiet, comfortable bike with an excellent data display. And the price was very reasonable. Here is a tip for assembly: Use some of the tape encasing the packaging to keep the first two screws in place when aligning attachment of the front base foot. Also, the front base foot is attached with the labels facing up. (The directions do not address this). ... show more

    • Great to choose your level of work out.
Good workout for wide range of needs. 16 level resistance let's you choose intensity of your work out. It took a couple hours to put together. Very sturdy. Doesn't take up a lot of space. I had to start slow,but increased miles and level gradually. My favorite features are the odometer, I have put over 500 miles on it now. Also the speedometer, as I try to maintain a certain speed. I also like the distance, how many miles I go. I do 5 miles a day now and lastly how long it took me. I really do not use calories burned or pulse, but they are there also. I am very happy with this bike. I recommend the free cushion. It took awhile to come, but was worth it. ... show more
