Nice exercise cycle. Heavy enough to be sturdy but not too heavy to move about easily. Assembly instructions are good and the screw holes actually align correctly. While in use, the cycle is nearly silent and there is plenty of adjustment with the resistance levels. The display is basic and a little fussy to set but give you the info that you need to exercise. A separate phone holder that wouldn't block the display panel would be nice. Compared to other recumbent bikes, this machine seems to be an excellent buy at a good price.

I’ve been using the XVGSV recumbent exercise bike at home and overall it’s been a great experience. Assembly was straightforward, and once put together it feels solid and stable during workouts. The 16 resistance levels offer a good range, from light pedaling to more challenging sessions, which makes it easy to adjust intensity depending on the day. It runs very quietly, so I can use it while watching TV or listening to music without any distraction. The seat and backrest provide good support, and the adjustable seat position makes it easy to find a comfortable setup. This is a high quality exercise bike. Easy to assemble with a good instruction booklet plus a helpful video. The parts fit together precisely. The materials are heavy duty and sturdy. The operation is flawless - quiet, easy to adjust the seat to fit my 6'2" height, the resistance knob can be quickly adjusted anytime during your workout, and even slipping your feet into the pedals is easy. The monitor showing time, speed, distance and heart rate is great.

My 71yo husband recently had a knee replacement. After finishing his PT, he wanted something to help him keep active and exercising during the winter months. He has been using it daily and finds it very effective with improving his range of motion, strength and stamina. He said it was easy to put together by himself and well worth the price. We have it set up in the family room so he can watch TV while exercising. The bike is super quiet. I dont hear any noise while he is pedaling. He appreciates the features such as the phone holder, adjustable seat, tension adjustment and vitals monitor. We are very pleased with this purchase!

Very happy so far with this exercise bike. Just the right size, not too big or heavy. It has a scan feature, so while pedaling, it rotates between speed-heart rate-distance. Odometer you can't reset but don't really need to as you have the distance feature which can be reset as well as the speed & heart rate, so you can track individually. I love having the back feature. The package arrived with NO damage to the parts, no missing parts and instructions were clear. Easy to assemble. We also love that it is quiet-makes no noise!

I got an overuse injury to both my knees from skateboarding, and the orthopedic doctor told me a recumbent bike is a good way to strengthen quads so your knees have more support. I saw this bike had good reviews and was pretty cheap (under $200), so I went for it. Assembly was kind of tricky. It took about 2 hours and the instructions were not very good. The packaging for the nuts and bolts was strange. There was one spot where the pipe that has the control panel meets the base with the pedals where I absolutely could screw in up 2 of the 4 the bolts. It was exactly where it was supposed to be, oriented right, and the bolts I was supposed to use were correct, but nothing worked. I just moved on because that part of the machine was not one was was going to be banged around (nor did it feel loose). One of the foot pedals also was hard to screw on because the glue it came with dried quick and I only got it 80% screwed in before it became impossible to screw in more. Disregarding the assembly problems, it's a good bike! It doesn't feel like it's going to fall apart. It's comfortable, easy to use, compact, and it has had noticeable benefits on my leg strength. I went from limping around with weak legs shaking like a newborn deer to being able to move around after a few weeks of progressively more intense exercise. I plan to keep using this until I'm strong enough to skate again.

This bike is much better than I ever expected. It took my husband and I just over an hour to fully assemble. Parts were securely packed and clearly labeled, and instructions were clear and detailed. I’ve used it every day since I received it. Here are the attributes of this bike. The rotation of the pedals are smooth and consistent. The bike is sturdy and stable. It’s compact and lightweight allowing me to move it comfortably. It’s actually quite attractive and doesn’t look bad in my living room. The display is bright And accurate. I like the scan mode. It is a great value. I paid less than half of what my last bike cost and I like it much better. I comfortably recommend this bike.

This is a great piece of equipment. The price was right, delivery was perfect, easy to assemble, customer service was great, and it's quiet as a mouse. I can watch TV while riding it and don't have to worry about disturbing anyone. I'm 72 and had a stroke 2 years ago. This bike has helped me recover and I get a good cardio workout at the same time with no impact. I love this bike!!!!!
