We recently purchased the W23909 Recumbent Exercise Bike made by XVGVSV. The bike was very sturdy and a breeze to assemble. The adjustments for the seat and the wheel tension are very easy to operate and adjust quickly. The quality of the bike is excellent and I’m sure that this bike will be around for many many years. The workout instructions are very informative and easy to understand and we look forward to excellent results from the exercise bike.     • A Great Exercise Bike at a Great Price!
My wife had hip replacement surgery and we got this to help her so she didn’t have to travel to physical therapy. She as well as I are very pleased with our purchase. The bike arrived way sooner than estimated and putting it together was a breeze, no missing parts and everything fit beautifully. It took me about an hour or so from unboxing to final assembly, but I like to take my time. It came packed incredibly well, I don’t think the handlers could have damaged it if they tried. The build quality is phenomenal, this thing is built like a tank, very, very heavy duty. It’s very comfortable and a joy to use. And it is super quiet. In fact, our Yorkie, who barks at every little noise, even the sound of my knees cracking. He lays right next to it while it’s in use and never makes a peep. We look forward to many years of use. If you’re looking for a recumbent exercise bike, at a great price, look no further, this is the one you should get. ... show more

This recumbent bike was packed extremely well! Took a couple of hours to separate each part with scissors and layout for assembly. Nothing missing. As a woman in my 70s with a mobility issue (hence the need for the recumbent bike), I expected to have some difficulty with assembly. I needn't have been concerned because I scanned the QR code on the bike body and a step by step video was on my phone ready to be played and paused as needed. The video supplemented the written instructions perfectly! The tension and seat adjustments are easy to use and the compact design made this bike fit perfectly where I wanted it for convenience. While the bike is definitely solid and sturdy, lifting the rear (orange) handle made it easy to move into position since there are wheels on the front horizontal bar. I didn't bother installing the cup holder, but there is one. I find the bike to be very smooth and quiet when in use. The seat could be a little more comfy so I emailed as per the instructions and received a response the next day saying the free additional cushion will be sent. Glad I bought this bike and would recommend it. ... show more

To begin with, the packaging was incredible. I cut the top and bottom panels from the box and removed it. The contents came out in one solid block. The bike was so well packed that nothing moved or fell loose from the packing. Each part was wrapped in a plastic sleeve and secured with tape to the foam packaging. Small parts were secured in a blister pack and labelled with part number and quantity. Wires running though various parts to connect the pulse monitor to the hand-grips were secured with rubber bands to prevent them from falling inside. Altogether, a well thought out plan to protect the parts and make life easier for the customer. The package contained a hex wrench and a multi-tool that provided everything necessary. The instructions were clear and concise with assembly drawings and text. Assembly was easy and took about 90 minutes. The fit and finish of the parts was the best I have seen for this type of equipment. The display provides time, speed, distance, calories, and pulse. There is a place on the exercise computer to mount your phone for music, videos, etc., that does not interfere with your view of the display. There is no WiFi, no Bluetooth, no internet connectivity, and no subscription required. The packaging included an offer for a free soft seat cushion. I contacted customer service at the email address provided to see if the offer was still valid. As promised, customer service responded within 24 hours and my soft cushion is on the way to me. Customer service was very pleasant to deal with. The bike is well engineered, sturdy, and stable. The instructions even include warm-up exercises. A real athlete would not be challenged by the resistance this bike provides, but that’s not me. Altogether, this bike is an excellent buy for the price. ... show more
