I’ve had this bike for about a week and I’m really happy with it. It took me around an hour to put together, and the instructions were easy to follow. The bike feels solid and well built, and the ride is smooth and quite perfect for using while waiting TV. The seat and backrest are comfortable and supportive, which makes longer rides easy to enjoy. I also like that the resistance level adjust smoothly for different workout intensities. It doesn’t take up too much space and looks nice in my living room. Overall a great value and quality bike for home exercise. Highly recommend.

Wonderful exercise bike in every regard! Rather simple of a setup with very clear steps to follow. Has very comfortable seats that is easily adjustable to any height and even a heart rate reader. Includes 16 progressive resistance levels that is perfect for adapting to any fitness journey. It could even track your progress on the monitor or app!

It came well boxed, lots of tape and styrofoam and one week earlier than expected. One corner of the flat piece that holds the monitor was bent but not enough to consider returning it. It took approximately two hours to put it together, and we found the online videos were much more helpful than the paper book which came with the bike. The most difficult part was attaching the tension knob to the cable. One particular nut doesn’t stay on the bolt at the back of the seat that holds the handlebars on the frame so I have to keep reattaching it. It is silent when using. All in all, I feel it was well worth the price.

The biggest design flaw with this product is that you need to be able to raise your foot over the area between the seat and handle bars, which is over a foot high, to get on it. I am 5’6” and there is no space between them at that setting. If you are 6 feet tall, then there will probably be space between the seat and handle bars to slide your foot through, but a shorter person will need to raise their foot over a foot high to get on. Second design flaw is the seat. If you are truly 300 pounds or more, this seat is not supportive enough for you or durable enough to last very long. It will be the first thing that breaks and then it’s useless pretty much, or you’ll need to replace it somehow. Or, as I said above, you may end up falling trying to get on this bike. I conclude that maybe bikes in this price range are not really made for people above 250 pounds. Additionally, the actual setup time is 2-3 hours from opening the box and getting it cleaned up. And, you will need to get on the floor and read and figure out the instructions that are not necessarily straight forward. It’s not the hardest thing to put together, but if you have low mobility, you will need help. And, it will take a couple/few hours not 20 minutes. It’s ok for people 250 pounds and below, but not the greatest product or the worst.

Shipment arrived early. Came with very clear instructions for assembly. Took a good hour to assemble. Very quiet and smooth ride. I am 75 years old and a bad knee has been restricting my physical activity. After a few weeks of use, I am already seeing an improvement in the strength of my legs. Have had no problems at all with the functions of this bike. I highly recommend.
