Stellar experience!
Five ⭐️ is not enough. Where do I begin? The product is rock solid and it was packed incredibly well. Nothing cheap or flimsy about it. The customer service is in a world all its own. I have to give a massive hat tip to RecTeq! They really want happy customers and they are doing everything right with this grill and their support of it. After it delivered, RecTeq reached out to let me know to contact them if any parts were missing or damaged, and they would ship out replacement parts immediately. It delivers via freight, and at least where we live, the shipper, and its affiliates, are cream of the crop! Shout out to Estes and Diamond Freight. I have zero complaints, though I will most assuredly update as we put it through its paces. Thanks, RecTeq!

Awesome Quality Smoker!
Size: Grill Only
Best smoker I have owned yet! Quality is outstanding and very consistent. Love the PID control. Hopper holds 30lbs and funnels good to the auger. Assembly was easy. This smoker is truly set it and forget it, especially with digital meat probes. The only downfall I see so far is that there isn’t a way to empty the hopper if you wanted to swap out pellet flavors or had an auger jam up. The BFG will be my next purchase from Recteq!
