  • ❤️❤️❤️ NEVER GO WITHOUT THIS ❤️❤️❤️ NO PAIN ONCE APPLIED‼️
I will never do another tattoo without using this on myself. I did a tattoo as I do on myself and I put this on right away after doing the tattoo and there was absolutely no pain once I put it on. 100% of the pain was gone 😮😮😮 Directions are clear. Put your one a freshly done tattoo that is 1 minute old. Keep the first one on there for 24 hours. Then take it off and it will be very gooey sticky. Then you put one on for an additional 4 days and take out off. This comes with directions on the outside of the box. I did notice on the fifth day that my leg started to itch through the Derm Shield. So when I took it off the final time, it was not gooey or sticky. It only does that when you first apply it to a fresh tattoo. The second time it sticks, but don’t worry I’m not gonna ruin your tattoo. Not even gonna ruin at the first time that you take it off when you see a tad bit of ink on the DERM SHIELD BANDAGE film. So don’t worry because your not pulling out the ink. This is the first time that I’ve used it. It’s very easy to use. I did put it on wrong the first time because I put it going horizontal. You need to make sure that when you put it on that it’s going horizontal the long way up and down, or else it doesn’t cover the whole tack to correctly when you try to put it on and peel off the paper. You’ll see why if you do it once, why you need to do it going up and down. So pay attention when you put it on. It also needs a 2 inch gap around the edges. So make sure that you have enough to carry the edges of the tattoo. It’s definitely waterproof. I went to the beach or not. So this is awesome to have. ❤️❤️❤️ I WILL NEVER EVER USE OINTMENTS EVERY AGAIN‼️ THIS ODD FOR SURE A GAME CHANGER IN TATTOOING 👍👍👍👍 ❤️❤️❤️❤️ 🩵🩵🩵🩵 PS: if you put it on, and you see bubbles in the paper, I didn’t worry about it and I just left it on for the first time for 24 hours. You will get better at applying this when you put it on a 2nd time. Practice makes perfect 🤩 😍 👍 I did notice when I took it off after five days that it did leave a little film on the sides of the tattoo. I’m sure if you use some baby oil around the edges it would take off that sticky edge ... show more

  • Tattoo perfection
My husband and I bought these for our tattoos. I love the fact that it's very thin. You can barely see it or feel it on your skin. But let me tell you it's difficult to get off and to make sure that you get it off because it is so thin, but I will continue to use the product.Because it does work great and keeps my tattoos air tight ... show more

  • No more burning or irritation!
This stuff is the best! First off, every other time I’ve gone in for a tattoo, regardless of the brand after care wrap was used, I’d get blisters and “burned” from the cut edge of the wrap. I finally did some research and decided to get this product. I will be bringing this with me to the tattoo studio next time I go, because it is amazing. No irritation, no blisters and it has a great matte finish to it. Go and getchu some! ... show more

  • My favorite way to heal a tattoo
I love this stuff. We used to swear by saniderm, but have made the switch to this Derm Shield. The best part is that it is matte instead of shiny. This has two main benefits, one it doesn't "stick" to everything, meaning that kind of like anti-slide sticky kind of feeling doesn't exist, so if you put your body part on say a chair arm or a table, it doesn't resist movement or stick to it. The other benefit is that it's so much easier to get a nice picture of your new tattoo with the dermal shield on. No weird reflections from the shiny material. It also sticks great, and doesn't seem to start peeling at the edges as quickly as the other brand. Granted, this also means it is still stuck on when it's time to take it off. Do it in the warm shower, and try to stretch the shield away from the skin slowly while letting the water spray on it. It's still going to take a while, unless you are a monster who just rips it off. Any, we also use this for other random injuries that could benefit from being covered up, and I love it. ... show more

  • Great wrap
Awesome product for after tattoos. It will bubble if you sweat in it, but overall does a great job of protecting your new work.

  • Great item! The company should keep improving it.
It worked great. Only thing is not super water resisitant. So advise, yo clean the area with a cloth.

  • Best way to heal a new tattoo!
Hands down, the best way to wet heal tour new tattoo. It’s smooth, light weight and moves easily with your skin. I’ve tried other products (like saniderm that always pulled ink causing me to need a touch up even though I’m experienced and know how to apply and remove). It doesn’t feel still or uncomfortable, it feels like a second skin. Doesn’t leave annoying lines around it from pulling skin. It’s easy to apply and stays on. I leak a lot of plasma and there has been times where it was so full it leaked but that is to be expected, I just press it all out and seal the edge that lifted up with a small piece. If it doesn’t leak and I see it’s filled too much, I’ll use a sterile needle and pull a part up and poke it, drain some of it out, wipe with a clean paper towel and get a small piece to patch it back up. The knee is just hard to deal with period so you’re going to get creases and bubbles but it will be fine, if they are too big and you can’t push them out you can poke it, smooth it out and use a piece to patch it back up. I keep my tattoo covered for at least three days, four tops. Everyone heals differently and some people prefer to keep it on longer or change it out. It’s up to you. But for me, by three days when it comes off it’s ready to peel. I love healing this way because there are no worries of scabs and dealing with them. It’s pricey but it is worth it! I’ve included some photos of recent tattoos with it on and showed what it looks like on the knee (the Bee tattoo). ... show more
