Great printer, easy to use and it comes with instructions, no complaints at all this is a really good printer and the stencil transfer is good as well, it has settings to set it on whatever thickness you want the transfer paper to be. Battery life is pretty good, have used it about 5 times without charging it since I got it. I also like how it doesn’t sound loud like a regular printer and it’s fast too. The media could not be loaded. Love this machine so far! Very compact, good battery, simple to load, not crazy expensive. Good for beginners like myself. Cons: -Must print using their app (which isn’t crazy user friendly). -Forced me to print one full sheet of a sternum butterfly tattoo as a tester - at least make it tattoo flash that doesn’t waste an entire sheet, dude. -App also is difficult to resize images unless imported through the photos app. -Battery doesn’t auto turn off, and it’s easy to forget when handling your precious stencil. Have used maybe 20 times off the first charge and it’s still going. It comes with the cord and a great sleek and soft carrying case. It prints super fast and there’s not been any issue with the transfer paper jamming at all. Best of all? The price! I LOVE! I’ve had this printer for about four months now and it’s pretty great at printing stencils. I have had no issues once I figured out how to use properly. And it’s very simple to figure out, especially once you download the app. Battery life is great as well. I generally don’t have to recharge for a week or so depending on how much I use it.
