So far, I have absolutely Zero complaints and a lot of Wow. I love the fact that you can be completly portable in your tattoo world, it can be plugged in while running or you can charge it and get plenty of prints without worrying about the battery. If you go to clients to do at home appointments, this is one less thing you have to ask to plug in. The software for it works well but be aware it has a monthly or annual fee (the annual is a much, much better value for the money). Uploading your own images into the software to print isn't complicated at all, and it has features to take your own drawnings and run different filter to give you different stencils for the specific style of tattoo you're doing. Its compact sized, comes with a nice bag to carry in. Its not too heavy or too light, its that perfect weight that say quality. It is completly wireless, can be operated by; phone, tablet, apple, android, PC. It also comes with all the wires necessary to to connect it directly, if you need to for some reason. ... show more

Got this for printing tattoo templates, and the details is incredible. Everyone is right about getting the transfer paper from the same brand. Just get theirs and save yourself the headache of inferior tattoo transfer paper. When it came in I printed out a detailed tattoo to see how it would do. The image was perfectly clear. The printer I had before this was horrible at small details. Then, I put the transfer on my arm to try it out, and it lasted for two showers, and body lotion application. Usually after you apply the pattern and start wiping away ink and reapplying gel, the pattern disappears and you're winging it to finish up the tattoo. Not the case here. Your transfer will last until your tattoo is completed. Also, it's a great printer for documents. Overall I'm more than pleased and would recommend it to anyone, even if you just need a small, portable printer for documents. Just remember you do have to buy thermal paper, as regular copy paper won't work, but it's worth never having to buy ink cartridges and being able to easily take it with you. ... show more

Very cool product. Was a little difficult to figure out but I’m slippin when it comes to technology. Lol. Once I realized what to do I felt like a numb nut. Works great with or without the app that you pay for. Hasn’t jammed yet, it connects very easily, and the size and weight for any traveling artist is superb. Once charged you can print pretty much all day and the cleaning is super simply if needed. Great printer for the price. ... show more

Great printer have used it for 2-3 years and will never go back to the classic hand tracing stencil paper! I have zero complaints just make sure you charge it here and there cause it wont print if the battery is low. Connects great to my phone. Great print quailty. I only charge mine about every 10ish tattos just to be safe about 4-5 months apart (just a hobby) have printed alot on a single charge doing temp tattoos for kids with this and a sharpie talking 20-30 on a single charge with still plenty of life left ... show more

GET IT!!! I was skeptical at first because I owed a printer by another brand and it was so bad! it left a bad impression on me so I was scared I risked it and got this one and omg I love it it prints fast and accurately and it also sticks my stencil to the skin completely and easily it’s very easy to use and it’s lightweight the battery life on it is also amazing it’s really worth the money you spend on it, because I want to upgrade to the newer one they have I can guess it’s only better but this one is great very silent printing ... show more

This product is fantastic and it gives you so many options on stencil transfer decisions as well as additional transfer options with a $12 monthly subscription that can be canceled at any time. I am very happy with this printer and the customer support option that comes with it. It also comes with a case and is very durable. It does not take very long to charge and after charging, you can disconnect it from the charger and take it with you anywhere it is not too big and it’s not super bulky or heavy. I believe the battery life is also very good as you wouldn’t need to keep it on forever and there’s also an option for automatic shut off after use. I do think it’s worth the money. ... show more
