I bought this back June 2022 . Worked great for the first 3 months. Images came out dark crisp clean at first. Now that I have been practicing tattoos more I'm using the stencil transfer paper that came with the machine and the machine is not transferring the image properly anymore. The images now come out super faded, blurred and a straight blue line comes onto the transfer straight down the middle of the stencil. I have bought new more expensive transfer paper to see if it would help and still nothing. The images come out super faded. And I have to waste transfer paper to get one good transfer. Who can direct me on where to send the machine to get fixed. I've only had it 5 months. Would it still be exchanged with seller.

Just got it today, tested it out immediately with a couple little doodles. It prints great so far, it does take a second to turn on after you flip the on switch so at first I thought it wasnt working, and it had a REALLY strong weird smell upon opening it. Made my entire house smell super weird, gave me a headache. But besides that, so far its great!

This lasted less than two weeks before it started to make lines through every single stencil. We tried to clean it per the instructions, but it still makes faint lines throughout the entire stencil. I've bought this type of stencil machine 4 different times now, and you'd think I'd have learned my lesson. Tried to switch to a Bluetooth printer. That one's got issues of its own. Looks like I'll have to switch to a thermofax.
