I bought this back June 2022 . Worked great for the first 3 months. Images came out dark crisp clean at first. Now that I have been practicing tattoos more I'm using the stencil transfer paper that came with the machine and the machine is not transferring the image properly anymore. The images now come out super faded, blurred and a straight blue line comes onto the transfer straight down the middle of the stencil. I have bought new more expensive transfer paper to see if it would help and still nothing. The images come out super faded. And I have to waste transfer paper to get one good transfer. Who can direct me on where to send the machine to get fixed. I've only had it 5 months. Would it still be exchanged with seller. ... show more

Just starting to learn to tattoo and this is so straight forward and easy to use. Stencils come out perfect. I will say, I had an issues where it malfunctioned but reaching out to customer service was fast and they replied right away and helped me with my issue! Recommend it more just for that!

I’m a beginner and this printer is VERY easy to use. The manual was a little hard to read, so I had to watch a video on YouTube. Only downside is that it’s not Bluetooth.

This printer works reasonably well when using it for simple designs I use it daily. When I try to use it for more detailed designs it seems to leave extra material on the stencil making the more detailed areas blurry and hard to read

I’ve been using a stencil machine similar to this one for the past three years and it recently broke on me. So I purchased this one as a replacement. I’m very happy with my purchase! I like that this is the 2023 updated version, so far it makes very clean stencils as long as you use good transfer paper I recommend the standard spirit transfer paper. The paper that comes with it is whatever but it’s nice to get free stuff. I like to lightly pull on the paper as it runs through, I’m not sure if that’s necessary but that’s how I do it. Brand new out of the box and it doesn't even print my stencils. I'm missing over half of my stencil. I have contacted customer service with no feedback, I've cleaned it, I've reset it, used 3 types of stencil paper. To no avail, this does not work. A waste of $140 that I won't get back.

Just dont like that i basically have to use the full sheet for small designs. I figured out how to cut and place to use it multiple times, but it’s inconsistent and sometimes i end up using the whole sheet for a 2x3 design.
