Been using this model for years now since I have a habit of throwing my machines away in my set up when I break down 😅 I love this thing. People make fun of me and try to get me to buy expensive ones but I’m loyal to this guy here. 6 or 7 volts is good with me depending on my clients skin. Even their needles are amazing as well, and I have so many extra batteries (5 hours use per battery) because I’ve thrown away a couple on accident. The black one I have now I’ve had for over a year now and I’m so proud of myself for not accidentally tossing it. Good stuff Mast, please don’t discontinue this machine ❤️

Great gun had for about 2 years still runs well I use it a lot for practice and real skin but mainly practice

One battery worked fine. The other one would not charge or hold a charge. So one out of two is not bad? I ended up returning it, because I need both batteries to actually work.

I have owned this kit for 3 years and it generally works great. However, the batteries will not charge with any cable other than the one that came in the kit. It takes a USB-C, which I have plenty of, except none of them work to charge it except for the specific cord that came with, despite them being the exact same kind of cable. Which is very inconvenient because I lost the 6in cord that it came with!!! Looks like I will have to buy a brand new machine/battery which is $50-100 even though my machine works great, I just can't charge it. Photo shows that it is not charging, a blue light would come on if it was. And yes, that is as far as the cord can go in. Its original cord that worked also only went in that far.
