Machine is great! Can set to line or shade, handles all needle groups well. Batteries suck! First use on one of them the buttons pushed in and got stuck underneath, making it impossible to use. Even being very gentle with pushing, other battery is having same issue. Get quality batteries, or use a corded supply, no issue then. Great value for price! Works better than some more expensive machines. Figuring out how to barrier wrap the machine while still being able to make adjustments is tricky though.

I have had this gun for 7 months now and it makes a grinding sound when the battery pack is on mast mailed us a new machine no questions asked. There was a slight delay with shipping nothing to do with Mast at all but they absolutely provided us with amazing customer service and communication. I could not be more pleased with Mast and will definitely continue to use their products. In fact we are looking at purchasing their power supply next. Thank you once again Mast for standing by your products and for your continued support through the delivery and tracking process. We highly recommend!
