Already owning one similar to this I got exactly what I expected. The pro is it's light easy to carry tracks. All the things you'd want to track and the tension adjustability is just fine. You can make it easier or hard and it's nice and quiet. The only unexpected thing is when it comes to assembly. They gave you parts that you don't need and some strap I didn't even know what it was. I think it's supposed to be a caring strap. I'm not sure. In the photo it looks like it's wrapped around the girls calf lol. Ignoring the extra parts and just using your logic that the one metal piece is what they're calling a washer that has two holes in it and you can put it together in about five minutes or less. Outside of the confusion with assembly and the extra strap it is exactly 100% what I expected and I would recommend to anyone looking for an inexpensive under the desk bike. I'm a personal trainer who speaks from experience with these, so from an exercise standpoint, it does the trick. It came with a non slip mat to put under it. I just make sure a table leg or the like is close by, or the desk leg to "lean" it against.. and it won't move. PS after reading reviews..know this: the pedals DO screw in. There is an L and and R on the pedal. It matches the L/R on bike. Problem is, what they call left is your right if looking at it head on. Just find the L/R on pedal and bike. I too, thought at first they didnt screw in. They do. ... show more

Only thing I did not like was the strap in for the pedals. Sometimes it's hard to get your feet in. Other than that it works as it should. I do wish the step counter went higher than 9999.

Observation ----- It came it today (08/07/2023). Box wasn't heavy at all, nor was it damaged. I bought the silver one. Came with a non-slip mat, a strap, some screws, and 2 wrenches. Item was not damaged, nor anything missing. Assembly ----- All you need to put together is the feet and wheels. The adjustable strap was so stuck from old oiling (or whatever that crude stuff is) that I had to pocket knife the screws for good grip to unscrew them to adjust, that's the only assembly hassle. Experience ---- Riding it for about 35-40 minutes while playing a videogame, I find that the resistance toggle is weird. Doesn't tell you the right degree of resistance, you just have to spin it and mess with it at the same time to feel for what you're looking for. It isn't stable, i.e. it isn't weighed down enough (or maybe I was riding it too fast for casual use, I don't know). It feels like the mechanism for the wheels to spin needs a good slap of soap or some oil, because it squeaks if you move just an inch and no more on it, but if you ride it as-usual you don't really notice it. The footpads lack teeth for proper grip (I'm only riding with socks, 'cause I'm not putting on shoes just for casual gaming and this bike), and even with the foot strap on the smallest setting, my foot is still too small for them. ... show more

    • Not Stationary, Not Accurate, Not Exercise, Not Working

So when you get a product this cheap, you kind of have to expect to get what you pay for. The bike was advertised as a stationary bike that you can pedal under your desk or place on a desk to pedal with your arms to get a workout and, to be fair, it does do those things. The problem is that the bike does not make any of this easy. For one, the bike itself is incredibly light, which seems like a good thing initially until you start to pedal. Since it is so light, it is very easy for the entire bike to move around, making it harder to keep a consistent rhythm with your legs or your arms. In addition, the bike has no catch to carpet or the rubber pad provided to prevent it from moving around, so there isn't really a way to fix the problem other than pushing it against a heavy object as you pedal and hoping for the best. The LCD is also a bit inaccurate in terms of calories burned as I believe that the amount of calories burned is consistent for anyone who uses the bike. While this may seem nice, I doubt that cycling on this for about 15 minutes without breaking a sweat means I'm burning 100 calories each time. Losing weight and burning calories is hard and having a bike with an inaccurate LCD is only going to do more harm than good as you won't actually be able to keep track of how many calories you burn. To make matters worse, the bike has almost no resistance with the pedaling, which kind of defeats the purpose as an exercise bike. The idea is to have some resistance to engage your body and encourage energy use, but the lack of resistance means you would need to be pedaling for a very long time before you get to that point. If you do try to increase the tension on the bike, you either get no change or get too much resistance, which makes the bike more likely to move before the pedal itself. Worse yet is that if you can manage to move the pedal, a horrible squeak soon starts with every cycle and it will not go away until you stop and remove the tension. Finally, the reason why I give this a one-star review despite everything else listed above comes from the last time I used it, which was a 15 minute cycle with increased tension and the horrible squeak. Really trying to make this work, I pedaled on to get some resistance until I smelt burnt rubber. Removing the LCD let out a bunch of smoke from something burning in the bike, which I assume was from something melting into the cycle as it will no longer pedal now. While I'd like to assume I was shredding the bike to the point of falling apart, I had only been pedaling for 15 minutes and at a moderate pace. If that was enough to break this bike, then nothing else should convince you that this product just isn't worth it. ... show more

This is a handy little contraption for someone with a disability, but get the mat to go under it or it will scoot on hardwood. It keeps track of my reps and I can adjust the tension up or down to fit my pain levels that day. This allows me to exercise even on my bad days! I have 2 cats and the bin is large enough that I typically have to empty it about every 4-5 days. Comes with a large roll of bin liners and 2 fresh scent pods. The unit functions very quietly is quite attractive. MUCH better than an open pan of litter sitting around! The app that is tied to my phone is very handy, but only works when at home, so if I'm away, I don't get notifications on a problem. I'm very pleased with this purchase!
