    • This is the best office/desk chair I've ever owned or used
Not only is this the first desk/office chair that doesn't hurt my back, it's remained like-new since purchasing it 2 years ago. Seat is showing no wear, wheels, lift and moving parts all in pristine condition, even though it has seen constant daily use. Absolutely recommend.

    • Great chair for comfort and function
The chair was easy to assemble, very comfortable and overall very good build quality. Shipping was delayed due to storms in the area but customer service went above and beyond to get the item to me. I appreciated the fast response and updated communications. A+ for customer service.

    • A couple bolts on the arm rests don't fully tighten.
I just got the chair and this is my first day with it so I will likely update this review at some point. So far the chair feels good on my back and has support where I need it. I tried out probably 15 or more chairs at Office Depot and this one felt the best. I have lower back issues and the lumbar support is exactly where I need it. The problem I immediately ran into while assembling was the bolts not tightening on the arm rest. Thankfully it was only one bolt on each arm rest, so the other 2 bolts kept the arms from being wobbly. However, I can see some people potentially getting unlucky and having the issue with more bolts than I did. Assembly was super easy but I used to assemble products as a job in the past so it is hard for me to say how someone else might fair with it. However, it was all very straight forward and simple. The only issue I had with assembly was lining up the holes and bolts for the back of the chair but got them after a few minutes. Took me maybe 15 minutes to assemble. Only other issue was again, the bolts not tightening. It wasn't like I over tightened, the literally just never fully gripped the threads and would just spin without ever tightening. If the other bolts hadn't tightened this would have been a 1 star for having wobbly arm rests right out of the box. ... show more

This chair was purchased as a desk chair rather than as a gaming chair. It is really comfortable, especially for supporting my neck and head. The chair was easy to assemble.

    • Not bad, but vinyl peels
It’s pretty decent and comfortable for the money, my only complaint is that it was delivered freight, which was weird. Other than that, the chair was worked great and I like the functionality of the arms and how they move upwards when I need them to be out of the way for my guitar as a music producer. My only problem is that the vinyl is already tearing in spots and I’ve only had it for about a year or so. ... show more
