The 18" G4 (Natural- Gas) Burner System by Real Fyre comes with many parts your fireplace will need, and offers superb quality, durability, and design. The G4 series burner system goes above and beyond in providing you with Lively Dancing Flames, along with a glowing bed of embers, helping you achieve your dream fireplace! This Burner system is designed for use with Natural Gas and can produce up to 75,000 BTUs. This Burner System is a “Match Light” system to be used with your existing key valve to control the on/off flow of gas to the burner. It does NOT include a control valve but can be converted to an “Auto Light” system by using one of our optional Safety Pilot Kits. This Burner System includes Natural Gas Burner, Custom Grate, Silica Sand, Glowing Embers, Damper Clamp, and Gas Connector Kit | Logs NOT included and must be purchased Separately. (ONLY FOR USE IN VENTED FIREPLACES CAPABLE OF BURNING WOOD) Minimum Dimensions for centering: 24” Wide (Front) 18” Wide (Rear at 13” of depth) Note: Add 6” to the width dimensions if using an optional Safety Pilot Control Valve

The media could not be loaded. We love this fireplace! It took about a week to arrive. The knob came broken and then the wiring was kinked and snapped. There was some damage during transmit and theirs is a final sale policy on this item. I was very worried because the purchase was over $700! Anyway, the seller reached back the same day and set up delivery from a sister company in PA to get the replacement to us by Xmas. Alex was very responsive and did everything he could to help. Install was super easy. We’ve had this installed and running for over a year now with no issues at all. We were able to use our existing logs with it, but be sure to check dimensions.

    • Good product, could offer better instructions
Once I switched the right side connection to the left side to match my fireplace, I was able to easily install with a manual pilot. Would have been nice if the manufacturer provided specific instructions on the switch especially related to the knob on the pilot. Other minor point is they indicate the pilot must be 3/4" off the floor, but the connection point on the burner is too low for this, definitely a design miss. ... show more

Perfect burner that gives off a very realistic fire. Entire set came with all parts needed and was easy to install. I replaced my 30 year old gas line (which was the hardest part of the install). Embers give off a very nice glow underneath making it look realistic. Only downfall was the price but I am still very happy with my purchase. Highly recommend this burner. I purchased a new burner set for my gas fireplace. RH Peterson is a great company with good customer service. I purchased from them to upgrade my old Rh Peterson burner which is 24 years old and still working fine.
