After using the RayNeo Air 3s for over a week, I can confidently say this is the best AR wearable in this price range. Visual Experience: The micro-OLED display is sharp, crisp, bright, and vibrant. Watching movies or gaming on the 201" virtual screen at 120Hz feels like having a private theater in your pocket. No lag or ghosting, just smooth, immersive visuals. Comfort & Build: Weighing only 72g with adjustable nose pads and soft-touch arms, they're comfortable for long sessions. The materials feel premium and durable for everyday use. Sound Quality & Privacy: Whisper Mode 2.0 really blew me away. The audio is full and immersive, with deep bass, perfect for travel or work without disturbing others. There's zero audio leakage, even in quiet rooms. Productivity and Connectivity: They shine for entertainment. I plugged them into my iPhone with zero hassle. Some devices need adapters, but it's smooth plug-and-play—no apps needed. Pro Tip: If you notice blur or halos, clean the lenses and adjust the fit, it makes a big difference. The definition on these glasses is very sharp, they feel light compared to other glasses (as someone with a large head, I also appreciate that they fit snugly, but without feeling too tight) and although there is some heat buildup, it's not as drastic as other glasses. I am light sensitive, so after a few hours of wearing them, I do have to take a break because the lowest brightness setting is still pretty bright compared to my phone and other screens. Rather than AR that integrates your screen with your physical surroundings (which other glasses do through 3DoF), the air 3s functions more as a static display, although you are able to see through the bottom half of the glasses, and tilt your head upwards to see your physical environment. I bought these to use with my phone, steam deck, and surface pro, all of which have USB-C display capabilities, and I was able to plug-and-play. I originally wanted to use this as a productivity booster, giving me a screen larger than my laptop's so I'd be able to multitask on multiple windows, as well as for more immersive gaming. Unfortunately, the screen being static makes it harder to spend extended amounts of time reading documents or playing games that use the whole screen because because 1. you have to keep your vision locked on the portion of screen you're reading, rather than being able to move your head/body and change the angle you're focusing your eyes on, causing eye strain; and 2. depending on how you angle your glasses, you usually can't see both the top and bottom edges of the screen, so you have to choose for either have the top or bottom half be blurry / less visible. Overall, these are very good glasses, in the past week I've owned this, I mainly use it for streaming through my phone, as well as trying to use it as the main display for my laptop. Although they can't really compare to competitors when it comes to using these for productivity, the Air 3s is excellent for entertainment with its high quality display while costing less than half of its competitors' glasses.

I was mainly looking for glasses that I could play movies from my iPhone while on long flights. This suits my needs. - The picture quality is very good, depending on the resolution of the videos. - Sound through the glasses is ok, but I prefer to use my Air Pods Pro 2. - Screen size is good, but don't expect it to be a cinematic experience. Still for me it was suitable. - It is light weight and comfortable to wear. I have not tried for long periods of time, so we'll see. - It is powered through the USB-C cable from the iPhone, so I expect that it will drain the batteries after a couple of hours. They sell power adapters for about $30. I also have a mag charger that may help as well, but not certain. - This works out of the box with iPhones with a USB-C connection. For lightning connectors an adapter is needed which is approximately $60. I tried this with several apps. here are the results: - Prime Video: works great - Apple TV: works great - YouTube: works, but some videos were grainy probably due to the resolution of the video. - Netflix: DOES NOT WORK (boooo). Error "The connected display is not supported. (10065)" - Fandango at Homes: works, BUT there is a control overlay that won't go away. - VLC: works, but I did not try it in 3d mode. I don't have a 3D SBS compatible video. - Paramount+: works great - Hulu: works great Last note: these are glasses, not goggles, so you can see the surroundings from the bottom and sides. For me this is fine, but may not be if you're looking for a cinematic experience or immersive gaming.
