  • Superb entry-level XR glasses - good enough for now for early adopter productivity/coding use
Blown away by the quality at this price point. I'm a software engineer who uses these for coding while traveling. XR isn't quite there yet for mainstream use (at any price point), but as an early adopter willing to tolerate quirks, I already prefer this to my laptop's built-in display. My posture is better since I can look straight ahead, the screen is private, and gives me extended laptop battery life versus a large LCD panel. I can still use my laptop as a secondary display when needed. They're about as comfortable as regular plastic-frame sunglasses - I can wear them for hours without issue, including with over-ear noise cancelling headphones. It feels very futuristic to be doing everything through the glasses and a tiny Lenovo bluetooth keyboard while my laptop remains closed in the seat-back pocket. So far had no complaints from flight attendants about using them after laptops have had to be put away, which adds some extra valuable productive time to my journeys. I've been using a Quest headset with Immersed for travel the past two years, but it's bulky and looks ridiculous in public. These pass the "spouse test." The sunglasses form factor is unobtrusive, and I like that you can still see around the edges - you feel present in the world rather than isolated as in full VR. Setup is ultra simple: they show up to your OS as an external USB-C display, no drivers or vendor software required. At this price, I'm not worried about losing or damaging them during travel, or about them being an ostentatious object that might mark me as a target in sketchier parts of the world (ie. Vision Pro). A few cons: With my face shape and larger IPD (66mm), the corners are slightly cut off at 1920×1080 even after extensive attempts to adjust them (The free Mac app "DeskPad" was helpful to create a virtual desktop I could resize to the visible area). For a third of the price of competitors, it's still very usable. The Pro version appears to have the same viewing area, so I'm not sure what you'd gain beyond brightness - and these are already plenty bright. The narrow viewing area makes them not usable with glasses for me, I put contacts in instead, although prescription lenses are available. A single 1080p screen is usable for travel but I do miss my multi-monitor setup (whether physical or in Immersed). I hope this category of device - basically just a simple portable external monitor - sticks around. I'm not particularly interested in n-DoF tracking, AI features, or gaming modes that drain battery and generate heat. As a boring old man with boring old man work to do, I just want a crisp display for coding and reading text I can strap to my face that doesn't get uncomfortable. The field is moving fast, so I expect to upgrade within a year or so. I'll definitely consider whatever Rayneo releases next. On my wishlist: a larger visible area so my nose doesn't block the corners, and perhaps a USB-C 45 degree adapter so I can use any USB-C cable rather than the rather specific 45 degree angled one that comes with it. ... show more

  • Great product but not quite there yet
These are cool as heck but unfortunately do not fit my very large nose. This resulted in either not being able to see the top part or the bottom part of the screen depending on how I adjusted it. I followed all the instructions included but it just didn't wanna align on my face. It was playable but very distracting. Otherwise they're comfortable, light weight and the picture quality at $230ish dollars is worth it. If you have a smaller nose and brow it will probably align correctly ... show more

  • Best Entry Point into AR/Monitor glasses
The media could not be loaded. Stumbled upon an ad for this product and it fulfilled my dreams of having a lightweight portable monitor on the go! Picture quality is crisp! 1080p right as the forefront of your eyes, I don't see any individual pixels, and there's no defects from what I see. Connectivity is simply just plug and play. So far I've been using this with my MacBook Pro M3 and my iPhone 16 Plus, the USB C cable plugs in and you can either set up your screen as a second monitor or simply mirror your screen. It is that easy Functionality is simple for the Air 3s: Whisper Mode: simply cuts out high frequencies from audio playing Refresh Rate: can choose either 60 Hz or 120 Hz Display color: Changes screen color temperature The brightness on these glasses genuinely do suffice. The Air 3s pros have more nits of brightness, but I find this to be fine for my sitting as desk work and YouTube watching on phone indoors even with sunlight in windows open. The only time you would crank up brightness is if you stare directly into bright sunlight. Fit is pretty good, limited options for adjustment (just the nose piece and glass sides tilt either up or down in 3 options) but I wouldn't mind considering this quality of image and price point! One cool thing not many people talk about is that yes, becuase it is AR you could see behind the projected screen. This works best in bright sunlight. It's like if you were to wear two pairs of sunglasses that double the light reduction, and then you see the screen. I did buy extra prescription lenses to go with it, without them I wouldn't be able to see the screen well. The speaker are surprisingly well for this time size and price. Comparable to a laptop speaker on Many windows laptops. I will usually wear headphones or earbuds for audio usually as these speaker can still be heard by others, but if you're working or gaming alone that's fine, still great speaker high key. Come's with a nice travel zipper case. Honestly cannot complain at all! I've been using this for productivity and boy this actually is nice. Over all awesome item! P.S. No AI and no Subscription. This is purely a monitor screen glass with Speakers ... show more

  • Overall satisfied.
To be fair. Id give this a five if it had the option to adjust angles. But i guess i have a weird face geometry. I honestly had mix feeling before purchasing this product. But all in all im satisfied. Spatial sound quality is amazing and display is actually really nice.

  • These glasses are the best.
I highly recommend these glasses for gamers who want a bigger screen in your face, colors are rich, excellent brightness and everything looks sharp, I use them every day and every chance I get, I would get a second pair of anything happens to these ones, maybe I'll get the pro version.

  • Not worth it
android app does not work. When plugged into my PC they worked but the bottom corners of the screen are cut off. The field of view seems to be too small for the lcd screens installed. They are light and comfortable. The dimming function does not dim enough for AR glasses just a big screen. Had to return them too many issues. ... show more

  • Great for the price!
Pros: Personal movie theater Great for price Works with most devices People can’t stop asking me about them Cons: Could be louder Does not work as well in bright rooms. Best $220 I have spent on amazon.
