It’s a great set for the price. Looks good and is built well. The only real issue I had was it took a long time to assemble. The assembly itself is easy, there are just a lot of pieces and it will take 8 hours to fully assemble it. Some areas are tight and you will be scraping your knuckles against wicker a lot. Also be sure to have all of the boxes before beginning assembly. I had all but two boxes and thought each box was for a single piece, but that’s not the case so be sure you have absolutely every box before beginning assembly or you’ll be at a roadblock with half built pieces.

I love this outdoor furniture set. It is very sturdy and well made. I also loved that they had a few color options to choose from. I have a 12×20 gazebo and the set fits under it with room for a dining set as well. The fabric is thick and good quality. The cushions seem to be a good foam material( time will tell) the back pillows are just cotton filled inserts ( I do plan on replacing those inserts with memory foam later) the firepit coffee table I got is metal with a dark bronze wicker look ( they showed one in the pics that match the furniture, I didnt get that one) and at first I wasn't thrilled I got the one I did. But I decided to keep it because it wasn't to matchy matchy with the furniture and it came with the glass wind guard that fits perfectly!..It has a grey marbled tile top that does match the color of the furniture. I was pleasantly surprised at how big the flame gets turned to level high, very happy about that. The instructions are easy to read with pictures. Making assembly easy but it is time consuming. The boxes have mixed parts meaning some chair parts are in ons box and some are in another box and it really doesn't tell you which boxes has the hardware so you need all 6 boxes to fully put everything together. Over all I love the look of this set.

To keep the shipping affordable, they flat pack everything. Since they sell multiple modular sets, you do get boxes of common parts to pull from rather than everything being entirely in its own box. Each box has a very clear packing slip inside that you can check off. The instructions are clear and easy to understand, though sometimes very difficult to execute. I suggest having a gathering of able bodied people in the morning for an assembly party, then treat them to a mid afternoon lunch on your new furniture! Take the cushions out of the packaging a few days beforehand so they are nice and plump, and make sure they are the proper orientation before you fold them to put them into the covers. This set much more comfortable and durable than sets I've had in the past. The cushions and rattan are nice and thick! Customer service helped me promptly with a missing part, and were even patient and polite with my stupid question. I would totally order from this company again despite the difficult assembly. Edit to Add: The covers didn't even last a full year. The material turned brittle with the weather and tore. Finding good quality covers takes some time since the furniture is amply sized compared to flimsier sets. Wish the company sold proper cover sets for the furniture.

I can’t say enough good things about this set !!! The fire pit puts out a lot of heat. in shocked at how hot it gets and how far you can feel the heat. It’s heavy duty. The whole set is excellent quality. It does take a while to put together so prepare yourself for that part but it’s all worth it in the end. It may also come at different times. I think it was a total of 6 or 7 boxes and I got it all within 5 days I think. You can rearrange this in so many different ways. Mine did not come with the glass walls for the fire pit but that’s okay .

To start with my best suggestion is to take the tools they give you for assembly and throw them in the trash or just off to the side. You’ll need a 5mm Allen 1/4 drive and a deep 10mm 1/4 drive along with a 3” 1/4 drive extension. Use these paired with a 1/4” electric or air ratchet will make putting this together extremely easier. You’ll also need a razor blade. If you like a challenge use the tools provided. Some of the places bolts are placed makes it almost impossible to get a 1/8 turn on the nut and bolt. You may have to go up to the hardware store to get some extra bolts. Some of ours were missing and some weren’t even threaded. Some of the wrap covered the holes the bolts were suppose to go through so you had to find them and then trim the chair hence why you need a razor blade. Some pieces weren’t labeled or the labels fell off in the box. Noticed that the frame was rusted right out of the box. Some of the gaps show exposed bolts. And the fire place table tiles were scratched where they packaged them together with nothing between each tile. Once together is seems ok but everything about it is extremely thin and minimal. Would have returned if it wouldn’t have cost so much to ship it back.
