I am extremely pleased with my purchase of the RainbowDGT UV3250 UV Printer. From start to finish, the experience has been excellent. The printer itself is an outstanding value for the price, delivering professional-quality results. Shipping was surprisingly fast, and the machine arrived in a very substantial wooden crate with thick foam packaging throughout. Update: Have used it periodically for 4 months and is broke. hard to find parts for. It has a lot of ribbons and good luck finding the right ones. Not much info on these printers online. Regretful buyer. It has taken some time to setup and get working properly. I bought the version with the laptop and it isnt plug n play. have to change a few settings every time you want to print. I got tired of fixing a photo on my main pc and throwing it on the thumb drive it came with. so now i have installed the software on my main pc. Seems to save my settings on my pc. The software norton thinks is a virus and you have to tell it to ignore it. Probably due to the pirated software. The laptop had pirated windows 10 and you have to use the one thumb drive to get the rip software to work. If you do buy this uv printer the ink smells while its running and takes a bit to go away. It took awhile to get it to print a picture properly but eventually it did and has been doing great. just use plain paper to print on until you get it figured out. It is heavy takes 2 people to move it. And it takes up a bit of space due to the print bed moves to the back and then finishes out the front. the only thing i dont like about the machine is there are 3 buttons in the back. one is the power. not sure the reasoning of making it hard to get to the buttons. I have printed pictures on canvas, wood, and the a,b film. all have turned out great. The ink seems to last way longer than a normal printer. I am shocked at how long it has lasted. I keep checking it to fill it and its still full. Also the Uv Light did not come on by default i had to file - dry mode - uv dry model left , is what i checked. with it unchecked i had ink blowing out the fans. Read the book and watch the videos on the thumb drive and print on printer paper until you figure it out and you will be good to go. Hardest part is figuring where it is gonna print. I just pick a corner. If its too dark go to color tab and turn ink limit down to 20 like the book says.

We got the uv printer a couple of weeks ago. We had an issue of the yellow not printing. Customer support was great to deal with and got a replacement part sent out quickly. Now the printer is up and running and printing beautiful pictures. Can't wait to see what all I come up and how it enhances my laser business.

I am extremely impressed with this A3 UV printer. The print quality is sharp, vibrant, and consistent across every material I’ve tried—glass cups, acrylic, wood, even phone cases. The XP600 head performs beautifully, and the included computer makes setup much easier than I expected. What really stands out is the support team. They respond fast, are patient, and walk you through every question step-by-step. It’s rare to find a machine that works this well AND a support team that actually cares. Highly recommended for anyone serious about UV printing!
