Wonderful hutch so far it assembled quickly and easy to put together I love the deep trays compared to the other ones and it has doors that open for complete access unlike others that have only one side which can be hard to get a stubborn bunny out all hutches are pretty thin material so far the latches seem to be smooth on this new hutch I would recommend to others and purchase this design again if needed compared to others the wheels seem to be rolling well seems sturdy for a rabbit hutch but overall the design and function of this hutch is way better than others that I’ve had

The wood isn't as strong as I thought it would be but it's working. There are a couple issues but I've found a fix for them so it's good to go. I have a male and female rabbit so one in on top one is on the bottom. The trap door can be closed but if you have a determined male he will jump and push it open. Found both of them together one morning so in thirty days I might get a surprise litter uggg. I put a screw in the crack of the trap door so now it won't open. Also because the wood is soft they chew it ut they're rabbits so I expected it. Otherwise it's a good hutch. Removable trays make cleaning easy and the side walls help keep the beeding in the cage and not on my floor.

I am very happy with my new hutch. The last one was way more expensive and not as good. The chew proofing on the inside is great. My old cage is all chewed up. The deep trays make a real difference along with the protected sides for cleaning. The hay stays inside better and less messy to pull the trays out to clean them. I recommend. The only thing I didn't like is the urine leaks down the back wall where her litter box is. I used some plastic contact paper and that solved the issue.

The best bunny hutch for indoors. The sides are higher than the other one we owned and this one keeps the bedding inside and off of my floor.

Parts came in looking like an animal already chewed on them. It was probably the machine they used to cut the pieces out however for the price it should look clean cut and not ripped or chewed looking. Not all of the hole were pre-drilled properly so the screws cracked the wood when drilling the screws in. And the piece that goes in the top part of the hutch is facing the wrong way in the directions. The size for the price is good and the trays seem to slide out easily. However if you are using this to house rabbits or animals separate from each other, you will have to place something over the top hatch so the animal in the top doesn't get it's paws or claws caught on the ramp lid.

***4 star rating was given because of the odor of the product, not the construction of it. We love how it's made and have no issues with the quality*** I purchased this hutch for my mini Rex, and she loves it. She took to it as soon as we placed it in her enclosure. The hutch is roomy enough for one small rabbit. I would not house more than one in there as there is only enough room for one to freely move around. We keep one of the bottom doors open most of the time so the bunny can go in and out whenever she feels like it. When was necessary, we kept her locked in (from 2 to 4 hrs during the day) with hay, food and water placed for her at bottom level. Since she likes to have her quiet time during the afternoon, it worked for us. We assembled the hutch with one minor modification: the hinges of one of the bottom doors were placed along the top of the doorway to allow for the door to swing open upward, not sideways. We then installed small metal hook and loop system to hold the door opened up still allowing for it to be able to swing down and get locked as intended. One issue: the odor. My husband said it was the smell of wax that was used to treat the wood, and that it should be fine - but still, after assembly we kept the hutch out on a porch for almost a week to air it out and brought it in after there was only a faint trace of the smell. We bought two of these hutches, but put together only one (second one will be assembled at a later date) I can smell the wax even through the box. Before we assemble it, we will definitely let the parts air out. If you are as sensitive to smells (perfumes, chemicals...), and/or as concerned for your pet as I am, please note that you may want to first let this product air out for several days (either in outside covered space, or in a very well ventilated room) before letting your bunny live in it. I believe most of these hutches will have the same issue with odor, so no matter which you choose, or where from, please keep this in mind. I still recommend it.
