This is well built - but is really only big enough for one of our dwarf lionhead rabbits. We planned on using this in the house, but will need to get something else and will use this on the porch when it's warm. Also, after purchasing this and putting it together, I googled the name to see if anyone had pictures of how they arranged the bunny items inside of it, and found it someplace else for $90 LESS. I felt VERY stupid for thinking that everything I find on Amazon would be cheaper than any other website. It was only cheaper on this one website, but it popped right up. I'm happy with my purchase. It looks just like the photos and my bunny LOVES it. She was so eager to get inside. I haven't put the wheels on yet, but I will. The wood could be a little sturdier, but I have just one little Holland Lop, so I'm sure it'll last a while for her (if I had several bunnies or a larger breed, I might worry about the sturdiness of the wood and the ability of a large or bored bunny to just chew it up). This is a beautiful rabbit hutch and it love the doors and the loft of the hutch. My buns are 2 months old and were in a 36" long hutch that I bought on Amazon and it was horrible. This one easy to clean and my buns after 24 hrs of having it love it. There is plenty of room for them as they grow. The hutch is sturdy and I appreciate the mat that is included for indoor use. I do recommend using a power drill because it was a little hard at times with a philips head for this grandma. The instructions are actual instructions instead of pictures on the pages. I highly recommend this hutch for your rabbit. Oh, before I forget I read a review stating that the same hutch could be bought online for $99. However, that hutch is not this hutch. That hutch has wood for latches instead of very nice metal latches like this hutch. This hutch is very nicely crafted while the $99 one looks to be made very cheaply. This is the most disgusting poorly made, Possibly defective un -usable item I have ever purchased. The Pee from the rabbits leak through the wood onto the floor three times a day the wood is all rotting already I haven’t even had it 30 days, The wood is so thin and porous that the P just seeps right through it all over my tile floors. There is a gap in between the tray and the frame where all the poop falls out and again all the urine comes through. I ordered the AIR10 hutch for my little Peeta Rabbit! Unfortunately, I was initially sent the wrong hutch, the AIR01. I contacted Aivituvin with my issue right away, and they immediately responded. They sent me the correct hutch within 2 days! Excellent customer service!! For the actual hutch review, I love it and will definitely be buying another one when the time comes. It was easy enough for me and my teens to build within an hour. The gray color is beautiful and the hutch looks amazing in our family room. It’s surprisingly sturdy and my Peeta loves it! The top level is perfect for his hay and a small liter pan. And the bottom is big enough for him to hop around and play! The pullout trays are awesome too, but since there are 2 doors on the bottom level of the hutch, and a door and a roof that opens on the top, it’s very easy to keep clean without pulling the trays out. The bottom guards stop his hay and bedding from getting everywhere which also helps keep his area clean too! This 2 story hutch was exactly what I was looking for!! ... show more

The wood is not made for outside, if it gets wet, I'm sure it would get ruined. However, we bought ours for inside. The wood had a few dents and scrapes in it. All the pre drilled holes were not there. Other than that, it looks good, once we got it together. It went together pretty ease until the ramps and the wheels, that is where the pre drilled holes were missing. It is sturdy, but yet flimsy at the same time. It is hard to describe. The bunny loves it. Overall it is okay for one bunny, there is not room for two or more. If I had to buy it again, I probably would not have done so. The media could not be loaded. I live in Ohio so I have the reflective bubble wrap around it. I have two New Zealand buns in here and they do great. I would say though to get patio brick (20 in by 20 in) for the bottom. My buns almost dug out from underneath regardless of the plastic sheets that come with it. They almost never pee/poo on the upper floor so I’m usually only cleaning the bottom. Wonderful hutch! ... show more

Product came with cracked and spit boards, splintered ends, sharp wire on the interior, and narrower than you would expect. The measurements are from the drop of the roof, the interior is 3” narrower. It smells like it is made of cedar; cedar oil is known to cause respiratory disease in rabbits, and it’s ingestion can cause liver issues. The company said they could tell me how to repair the cracked boards. ADDITIONAL INFO: The vendor has been working with me.
