Our rabbit loves this hutch. It is very big so make sure you measure your space with demensions provided. Assembly took less than an hour. Pretty good quality for the money, very sturdy to our Flemish. Locking mechanisms work. Appearance is nice. Only downside is sometimes the ladder boards pop off but they pop right back on. Perfect for my bun. Room to move around- and plenty of space for litter box, toys and food/hay/water. Protects my floors and baseboards and easy to clean. Comes already put together- just have to install optional liner. So many doors to choose from and locking mechanism to prevent escaping.

I bought this hutch for a bunny my granddaughter gave me. I loved that there was alot of room. 2 weeks after putting this together I went to move it and the roof fell off. Tore a big chunk off the back and the doors started falling off. The directions were not easy to read when we put it together but we did get it together correctly. Its made by pressed particle board and 1x2s. I would not recommend this to anyone. even the drawers to pull out to clean doesnt want to come out easily and you have to spend alot of time gettng them out and in. Its a no go. Save your money and pay someone to build a cage for you. id give it no stars but there isnt a way to do that. I waisted my money dont waiste yours.

It’s a nice build for a small bunny like a dwarf. I have a holland lop and she’s can barely use the ramps going up to the second level. She ripped out the hay feeder the first night in it. Had to find the screws immediately so she didn’t eat them. Not big enough for an adult rabbit and isn’t strong enough for your bunnies hay feeder to stay connected to the wall. The trays are very difficult to pull out. I can see the design working better if it were bigger and was made from stronger wood. Not happy with my order. Photo is of the holes from the hay feeder being ripped out of the wall.

I’ve had rabbits for over 20 years & have put together many many hutches. This is the worst one I’ve ever had to put together as far as the instruction’s go. One person can put it together, but I had to take it apart a couple of times as the instructions are not real clear in a couple of places. Instructions in the manual could definitely use more detail to make it easier for people. The pictures & lines in the manual do not match up very well with all the pieces to put together like other hutches I’ve put together. You definitely wanna lay it all out first. It does come with an overwhelming smell when you first take it out of the box, but it has already subsided after a day. I’m still waiting to put my bunnies in it for another couple of days. I have three Holland lop bunnies and they are pretty small so I think they’ll all fit fine. It seems pretty spacious for smaller critters. If you do have larger rabbits one or two could possibly fit for the room provided, but you may wanna get a larger hutch for them to have more room to move. The bottom tray is super hard to remove and put back in after getting everything put together. I’m hoping that will get better as time goes by? The ramps were put together upside down it seems for the easy access for critters to get up the ramps & there’s no way to reverse it, (pictures provided). I’m gonna have to wait to see if they have an issue getting up the ramps the way they are. Literally if you go through different pictures & video’s on this product on Amazon they have 2 different pictures of the ramps being reversed both ways, which in itself says a lot about this product & how things are put together. I may have to figure out a way to get some wood strips to attach them to the ramps myself. The roof of the cage is pretty heavy compared to other hutches I’ve had, which would be a good thing if you’re planning to keep critters outside. I don’t usually have to go in from the top so I don’t think this will be an issue for me personally. The back is a bit flimsy type of particle wood compared to other hutches I’ve had, but as of now I think it’ll be fine. The locks seem suitable for inside, but if kept outside & you live where raccoons may creep in, it is not safe, as they could lift the locks if they try long enough. I keep mine inside mostly & they have a fenced in covered run for them to be outside when weather permits with a different type of hutch. I’ll have to wait to see once I get the bunnies in there if they can jiggle them loose, but I think as of now they’ll work just fine. I had extra screws left over & didn’t have any problem with missing pieces. The trays themselves are very deep. It seems if the trays are not put in perfect they could possibly leak out, but I’ll have to write another review after I’ve had my bun’s living in there for further updates. It moves very easy with the wheels. Overall it’s a cute hutch & seems spacious enough for my needs. You’re going to want a drill to screw in the screws & put on low setting as it could splinter the wood. I’ll try to update after my rabbits have lived in it for a while & I see how things go?
