My house is wood. I’m not quite sure how this is gonna work out in the long-haul. I purchased it because of the pandemic nothing else was available. Gives off heat in a good way. The taller people feel it better. So I’m going to try it out and see if it warms people up. I might not know exactly if I love it for a while but for now as long as there’s no fire I think it’s OK. But pretty soon I’ll know more. You might as well try it to because nothing else is available and cold weather is coming in covid Is no joke. Hang out with your friends outside and wear a mask.

I love the remote feature. I also like that it's adjustable, but for some reason I can't get it to adjust it only is in one setting it doesn't tighten up for some reason. And the way that I have it I don't know why but it has a tendency to fall over if you barely bump it or if wind is too strong but I do love that it cuts off if it falls on something to keep it from burning up something.

Seller Honored support for product even over one year from purchase. Got heater during pandemic to add office meeting space on a large back porch. Set up easy , provided heat over big area. Came with pole included. I stored for summer and when took it out it worked but kept shutting off. Contacted seller who answered immediately and offered to inspect it and also sent return label for shipping. Seller also then offered to skip the hassle of shipping and provide a significant refund. They even called me to confirm offer to refund. So the heater didn't completely hold up but the customer service certainly did!

I ordered 2 of these and they work great!! Remote control makes the functionality that much easier. I would’ve gave it 5 stars, but it didn’t come with all of the hardware. I was short 2 screws. I couldn’t fully assemble one of them.

I bought this to heat my garage since I'm doing bondo work and it's in the 20s. Heater is working. Thermometer on the opposite side of garage is reading 65f. Much better than I anticipated. Have some issue with materials/construction. Unit sounds like something is rolling around in it. Heat shield/grate was damaged when received. Appears it was due to the grate not being fully seated when packed.

The heat this produces is good for an enclosed place, but an open porch and you need to stand near it. That is what I bought it for. I have to say customer service is very good. And that is helpful. I needed them to help with an issue and they did that. It is worth it if you can catch it on sale.
