Came with pole included. I stored for summer and when took it out it worked but kept shutting off. Contacted seller who answered immediately and offered to inspect it and also sent return label for shipping. Seller also then offered to skip the hassle of shipping and provide a significant refund.     • Defective product
The garage/patio heater failed after using it maybe 5-10 times and for less than 10 hours total. The manufacture will do nothing about it, and Amazon takes a similar position. I will contact the Amazon seller to make another attempt at finding a resolution, and if anything changes I will report the changes to a new review. ... show more

    • It will warm you!
Depending on how protected from the elements you are will determine how greatly you can enjoy this heater. I have a roof and one wall and it's very cold in Ohio so we have it as low as it will go and 2-3 of us can Keep pretty toasty under it.

    • Base screws are difficult to remove and are not the same size. they even had rust on them.
The 6 screws in the base, which have to come out for the stand to be assembled were very difficult to remove. Those 6 screws took every tool in my garage to get out. They need to be in a bag and not "gorilla" screwed in just to be removed for assembly.

    • Ony worked a few times and Terrible customer service!
After only a dozen or so uses, the heater started shutting off after only a few minutes. It works for about five minutes and shuts off. I can use it again after waiting about five minutes. The manufacturer claims they have a one year warranty so I contacted them. They told me to contact the seller. I bought 6 after about 40 days two of them had problems heating the supplier rectified the problem immediately will be ordering more for other customers

Bought 2. first one only lasted a season. Second one, we just opened box after ordering it over 6 months ago and it's broke too. Light doesn't stay on. We by passed switch, still would not stay on. I think we narrowed it down to a defective light bulb. Sent many emails to company. They could offer no help. Couldn't even get a schematic of the heater. ... show more
