This elliptical is a fabulous find. It is just like the famous Cubeii but more affordable. It can be used while watching TV or working at your desk. Really pleased with it. Easy to use, no pain, just wonderful. Sturdy, stable, remote control, can use automatic or manual settings. Quiet operation, great value, ideal if you have to exercise while seated.

Hubby uses this continually under his desk and likes it very well. My knees hit my keyboard tray, so it is all his now. When the stroke is mastered, there is very little effort, so it does not replace conventional exercise, but it does help circulation and raises heartrate a little bit. The sound is well damped under a desk but may be a little loud in the open for watching TV or conversing. It is very easy to master.

It works well and as stated, I thought it was something you used to workout yourself not something that manually moved your legs so be aware of that. I have medical issues that make it hard to walk and stand so this is great for if you need help getting basic movement and exercise. It does make noise but it’s decently quiet and if you had headphones on or audio playing you wouldn't hear it. If you sit at a desk alot like me its good for getting circulation and movement if you don’t want to pace around in between work. Unless you cant work out any other way this is good as a supplement to add to your usual exercise. Also if you have a thin desk be cautious that it probably wont fit but its light enough you could move or push it to the side. Also the feet pads have bumps so be aware in case you have sensitive or fragile feet. Also it tracks distance in what I think is revolutions of the petals not miles so its abit hard to track if you like doing that

unfortunately I had to return this, I do recommend it though, fits perfectly under your desk, you can do it manually or let it do it for you, I have a bad knee and it got it hurting after my first use, I skipped the next day and tried it again, still got my knee hurting, I did not want to chance it messing with my knee, I've had too many issues with it, so I returned it while it was still new, if you don't have bad knees, it would be a great buy, good quality, great price

Very quiet, works well. Update, Feb. 26, been using for months and is still working well with remote. Found I can put my legs in different positions which helps reduce pain. I am using this as well as a stationary bike and an E bike to prevent knee surgery. The US doctors say there is no way to eliminate knee surgery once it is bone on bone, (both knees were slated for surgery), I came across a You Tube professor in Europe who stated that it is possible to replenish cartilage by increasing the synovial fluid by exercise. (May take up to two years) By all means, do not walk when it hurts, do not take over the counter meds, use natural supplements, glucose mine, ect. Use this leg exerciser daily, use a stationary and or a real bike, swim if you can. Take warm tub baths and exercise in the tub/whirlpool and fast 12+ hours daily if you need to lose weight. Weight is causing pressure/pain in the synovial fluid area where the pain receptors are. This will help even the most arthritic knees. If you can use Dr. Bergs Keto diet, it reduces arthritis and helps inflammation and even diabetics. All in all this little exerciser is quiet and helps you get moving. I actually like the pressure point on the foot pedals. If not, you can wear slippers. Hope this helps others.

This is excellent! It runs a 30-min drill at 12 speeds. It pedals forward and back. I "pedal" 2 rounds forward, 1 round back every morning. Total of 90 min watching TY and doing emails. It has reduced, not "eliminated" some ankle swelling. Easy to assemble clean, and carry. Love it

I use it 5-6 days a week. There’s 3 different speeds. I can’t go on walks because my knees are bone on bone so this help keeping my knees moving. Works great.
