I was very skeptical when purchasing this product, but it proved me wrong. My husband's legs were always swollen from poor circulation issues. After using this machine for only one week the swelling went down. I was amazed! He uses the machine daily for an hour and the swelling has not returned. It is easy to use. Just take it out of the box and plug it into a wall socket. It has a remote control which is very easy to understand and use. I highly recommend this product.

Purchased this Under Desk Elliptical Machine for my father who has stopped walking for exercise due to balance issues. The machine is plug powered and moves his legs for him - which you wouldn't think does anything, but when I used it during a visit I could tell my muscles had worked afterwards. The machine is small enough to not be a bother - he keeps his in front of the couch. It's quiet and doesn't move around when in use but it is placed on a rug. He has his favorite program and likes that it comes with a remote. It's easy enough to use that he uses it everyday. Just know that if you are looking for a machine to get a hard workout in, this is probably not it. All program options will move your feet for you. Overall, very worth the money to get and keep my dad moving until he feels more confident on his feet.

I use this under-desk elliptical at work since I have a sitting job, and it has been great. It’s very quiet, so it doesn’t bother my coworkers at all. I like that it has different settings, including a motorized option that pedals for you when you don’t feel like doing the work yourself. Since using it, I’ve noticed less ankle swelling at the end of the day, less leg fatigue, and stronger calves. It also helps a lot with my restless leg syndrome. This has made a big difference for me during long workdays, and I highly recommend it.

No set-up (hardly). Remove from box, plug it in and use. I wish the foot pedals could be adjusted side ways, It is like walking pigeon toe. After 2 weeks use, my lower legs are less tense and I'm walking easier and not using my cane as much. I've tried many exercise routines and had to stop because my lower back ached. Using this product, I'm able to work my legs without putting a strain on my back.

I have been using this daily since I purchased it at the start of 2025. It's an amazing way to keep myself moving while working or playing games on the PC. I was having a lot of issues with knee pain when I sat for any length of time and this help tremendously in preventing it. It does have it's moments of odds noises and weird jerks here and there, but it's very sturdy. Like I said I've used this daily (often 4+ hours a day, sometimes up to 10 hours (on and off)) for well over 8 months. The unit has survived a few power outages, a lot of dog hair, and heavy use with minimal if any issues.

It's OK. Since purchased in July 2025 after my heart attack the readout on the unit no longer works properly. Also, when setting the device to auto pedal the max speed that can be set is #12 and really not fast enough for good cardio needs. If you plan on wearing shoes to pedal, the pedals on the device are not wide enough for tennis shoes unless you have very narrow feet or wear very narrow shoes. Otherwise it's difficult to pedal with shoes on because they don't fit width wise on the pedals. If you take your shoes off and use it barefoot or with socks, it's OK; however, there are what I think are supposed to be message or non-skid bumps on the pedals that might be uncomfortable for some without shoes. Especially if you have neuropathy, or other physical soreness in your feet. Lastly, when pedaling on carpet it will scoot on you and begin to move farther away from you as you pedal. It needs to have a sticky, or rubber mat to rest on otherwise it'll scoot away from you as you pedal. If burning calories is your goal? By a recumbent bike. This is OK to help keep you moving, which is why I bought it. But now it isn't sufficient for my needs. For the price spend a bit more and get a recumbent bike.
