When I first saw this type of leg exercise machine on TV, I thought it was just a rip-off -- couldn't do anything. Wow!! I was soooo wrong. Fortunately I read reviews on this model and others and saw that it really has benefits. So, I decide to take the leap and buy this one. I bought this towards the end of March and its now the end of July. I am really happy to report that this "peddle machine" has really strengthed my legs which brought my walking back to my younger days. I really feel my strong leg muscles. Honestly, I'm really surprised that this worked soooo well. I used it pretty much daily -- 2-3 times a day, 30 min each. I played around with the settings and for the past couple months go forward and back and increase the speed. It is soooo easy -- just sitting and let this machine move my legs. This is the best health devise I've ever bought. I highly recommend it to strengthen leg muscles. This built up my leg muscles so I'm walking like normal. I love this machine.

It works well and as stated, I thought it was something you used to workout yourself not something that manually moved your legs so be aware of that. I have medical issues that make it hard to walk and stand so this is great for if you need help getting basic movement and exercise. It does make noise but it’s decently quiet and if you had headphones on or audio playing you wouldn't hear it. If you sit at a desk alot like me its good for getting circulation and movement if you don’t want to pace around in between work. Unless you cant work out any other way this is good as a supplement to add to your usual exercise. Also if you have a thin desk be cautious that it probably wont fit but its light enough you could move or push it to the side. Also the feet pads have bumps so be aware in case you have sensitive or fragile feet. Also it tracks distance in what I think is revolutions of the petals not miles so its abit hard to track if you like doing that

I absolutely love this under-desk elliptical! I sit at a desk for 8–10 hours a day, and before using it, I would get up feeling stiff with aching legs and sore hips. Since I started using this machine, I’ve noticed a huge difference. I don’t have that stiffness or discomfort anymore. It’s also incredibly quiet. I can use it during Google Meet meetings without anyone hearing it, so it’s easy to stay active while I work. The different speed settings are great, and the remote control makes it convenient to adjust without bending down. If you spend long hours sitting at a desk or are looking for a low-impact way to keep your legs moving, I highly recommend this elliptical. It’s been a game changer for me!

I originally purchased this machine for my dad. Who happens to be 90 years old? I purchased this 2 years ago and my dad might have used it a couple times. This machine was sitting at his house nit being used so I decided to go get it and start using it for myself. Since I've recently lost 55 lbs and my calfs were like jello, I started using it for one month with consistent daily use and my calfs starting to firm up. So yes, I think this is a great machine to have, especially when I'm sitting watching all my TV shows

They are probably a 5 star for most people. It works great, researched it I thought extensively. I’m a senior with arthritis and orthopedic issues, and of course all the reasons you need to buy to begin with. My specific problem was this : I checked the weight and I thought I could handle it. But pay attention to how you need to pick it up. You need to insert hand into a slot on the top, making it one handed to move, which I am unable to do. After seeing a commercial for a competitor brand, there is a very nice actual handle that you could use 2 hands for. But for me personally, I found it hard to straddle to sit in chair to get up and down. As I said, it’s great, so anyone who just wants to exercise will love it.
