Best investment and wish I would have pulled the trigger sooner. I sit a lot for work and started to get numbness in my leg and unfortunately would cause me to lose my footing when walking causing me to lose my balance. Just got this yesterday and have been using through out the past 2 days. I already feel a difference in my legs from keeping them moving and for the first time in over a month, my numbness was nearly gone. Definitely worth the investment to keep circulation moving for those of us who sit all day for work to prevent health issues down the road

I was skeptical at first, thinking this might be another gimmicky gadget. But after using the this under desk elliptical for over a month while working from home, I'm genuinely impressed. Sitting for long periods used to leave my legs feeling stiff, but this device has noticeably improved my circulation. Plus, with consistent use, I can feel it working my leg muscles and helping burn some extra calories. The machine operates quietly, so it doesn't disrupt my workflow as I can watch a seminar or attend a meeting while using it just fine, and it fits perfectly under my desk. The built-in handle makes it easy to move around when needed. What I appreciate is the versatility: it offers both manual mode with 12 speed levels and automatic modes (P1-P3). I mainly use the P3 setting as it's the most strenuous setting. The pedals can move forward or backwards by using the remote to change the direction. As it is under my desk, it is, unlike my treadmill that just SITS across the room. I use the elliptical all the time. I don't even bother with "am I going to do it?" It is simply handy and instant and I am using it several times a day. Since I have been using it I am not needing to take my Gabapentin at night for RLS...that is really good. I just put my feet on it and it does its thing. The motion is jerky at times, and not as smooth and steady as I would expect. I have NEVER been able to do the Bicycle thing, it hurts my knees...this goes forward and backward and is no pain impact...but it is working my legs and I really like it. It warms me up to USE MY TREADMILL. If I were to buy it again I think I would increase the quality of the product...but this is a reasonable price and I am satisfied...I love that the Remote has its own pocket actually ON THE MACHINE...it doesn't get mixed up or lost...it has its own spot on the machine. It is a good design and for the price, I would recommend it.

Purchased as a gift. Mom tried it out on Automatic settings this morning. She enjoyed it very much. Is looking forward to strengthening her legs after six surgeries. She is looking forward to getting rid of the wheelchair, her walker and finally her cane. This product has manual and automatic settings. It’s very compact and has a remote control. Very easy to assemble because you only have to plug the wiring in and then plug into socket. Range of motion is like a bicycle forward and backward. So far so good. Highly recommend this product.

I had a knee accident that has laid me up and this little machine has come to the rescue. No assembly required, plug it in and works right out of the box with a remote so you don't have to bend down to work the controls! 12 settings for speed and 4 for routine makes it also challenging to use! Keeps track of time, distance, speed, steps taken, and calories burned. The only thing that would be nice to have included with the unit would be some velcro straps so they don't slip off during your exercise but we adjust! :-) All in all, it's a wonderful elliptical unit and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
