unfortunately I had to return this, I do recommend it though, fits perfectly under your desk, you can do it manually or let it do it for you, I have a bad knee and it got it hurting after my first use, I skipped the next day and tried it again, still got my knee hurting, I did not want to chance it messing with my knee, I've had too many issues with it, so I returned it while it was still new, if you don't have bad knees, it would be a great buy, good quality, great price ... show more

It's pretty good! Nice for under desk movement. THe programmable movements are nice where it will move forward and backwards and change speeds. The foot paddels are also comfortable and spiked so it feels really good if you are barefoot. I wish there was resistance this is pretty must for 95% movement not strength. ... show more

I purchased this item because unfortunately, my insurance company decided to decline the recommended cycling item that was needed for my immediate physical therapy after knee replacement surgery. The only option I had was to go and purchased one unfortunately I didn’t realize until week two of knee replacement surgery that the insurance would refuse to cover it so this is the item of my purchased my physical therapist was ecstatic that I had it at home 24 hours a day as needed. The stability is fine. The adjustability is great. It is a quiet operation. And it definitely does what it needs to do. With both my wife and I being up in years we were needing something to help keep our legs active. There is no assembly and not too heavy. At first I thought it was a manually operated machine, you provide the power. But you plug it in and use a remote to get you going. You have settings to control speed and gives you information on length of time and calories burned but I still use a timer from my phone to let me know when to stop. I’m at 20 minutes and vary my speed every five minutes. You do feel like you have improved the circulation in your legs below the knee and have increased flexibility in ankle joints and muscle.
