Pushups are one of those things that we all can benefit from, but they can be incredibly hard to do - or find your correct form. I love that this board has color coding to help you know what muscle group you are using. The elevated handles also help take this out of the wrists as you begin to strengthen your muscles and core. I have 3 sons, and they enjoy adding this to their daily workout regime. It is portable - so you can bring it with you easily, or store it out of sight if you are short on space.

I got this Push Foldable Adjustable Pushup Bar because I find it really uncomfortable for my wrists doing pushups of the floor. I really wanted a type of handle that I could grip so I’m not bending my wrist or killing my knuckles. This push up board does a lot more. I like that there’s different hand positions that work different muscles. The instructions are minimal on where you are supposed to place the handles. There is color coding for muscle groups but it still doesn’t help you out. As a first time user when seeking help I can see that there are less confusing color coding on other push up boards. Folds up for storing and I finally see that the handles do indeed store inside but I wish there was some kind of latch or Velcro to keep this folded. The hand grips feel nice and they stay in place, sometimes a little too well. This seems sturdy enough so far, decent quality without any sharp edges. I’m using it on a low rug on top of a wood floor and it stays in place. It works I just wish there were better instructions.

This is the second foldable pushup bar I have ordered. I ordered this for my 10yr old son to help him maintain consistent form when doing his pushups. This unit is sturdy, yet lightweight and very detailed in giving clear guidance on which body/muscle group is being worked based on handle placements. Great unit to get consistent, right form muscle workout!!!!

Got this to keep at the camper so I have another way to get a workout in when away from home. First off - the idea is great and as I type this my chest and forearms are still pumped up making this harder to type. I went through all the Chest and Shoulder movements with 10 reps of each position of most. I say most as I couldn't do 10 reps of some of the positions which is great! I had planned to give this device a solid 5 stars - until I started to put it way. When I folded it up I found a piece has already broken off. (See Picture) I weight 170lbs so I am not a LARGE or HEAVY guy. Other things that could be improved are the handles could use a little more padding as my palms were really in pain in a couple of the positions. Also - when you fold it closed there is no latch so it falls back open easily. But if it would not have broken I would have recommended it easily. I did use mine on low pile rug in the camper (see picture) so maybe that caused it but the manual does not say not to. I will continue to use it until it breaks so much it is not of use.

Pushups without a handle or bar are just not fun and hard on my wrists. I've had basic handles that just sit on the floor and found that a good upgrade from no handles, and this push up board is a good upgrade from those basic handles! This is now my favorite tool to do pushups! It being able to fold makes it convenient for taking to a gym or other places (it has a carry handle even), and it's the perfect size folded to sit on the side of my TV entertainment stand for when I'm not using it.

This little pushup board is pretty nice. But could be better with very minor changes. I like that it came with the foam pads, and you can pick where on the board you want to put them on the bottom. In the second picture you can see where I put them, I have 2 left as spares incase a couple come off later. It does fold in half and has little holes on the end where the handles are, but they don't go through on one side, which makes using them to keep the board shut is a bit more difficult. I did find some re-useable cable ties that did reach with the holes as is, but not everyone has those, so it would be nice to see the holes be on the one side, and maybe a strap included to keep the board shut. I did try out the board. And looked at the included fitness instructions, which could use some more explanation for sure. Even the color coding on the board, has colors for which part it works out, that's great but some circles have lines coming off them going to other circles. Is the line showing which holes to line up and use? What about the ones with no lines? Again a little more detail would be great. I like that the handles can be stored in the board when not in use and if you want to fold it up and take it with you, but again, needs to be able to be kept shut. Using this will help keep wrists straight and take pressure off them, which is great.
