This mop is very useful and works great on my linoleum flooring, however what sets this item apart from otherd is the manufacturers amazing customer service. I admit i had an issue with this mop not steaming well after about 7 months of regular use. I contacted the manufacturer and they got back to me within 24 hours. Not only were they very empathetic, they are sending me a replacement without needing me to send the malfunctioning one back. I didnt doubt they would be helpful, but the speed and ease of getting help was realy above and beyond. I would recommend this mop due to how well it cleans, and the ease of getting help with troubleshooting or a replacement should anything go wrong. ... show more

    • Great for the first 20 minutes, but… UPDATED
The steam mop is compact, easy to assemble, and very user friendly. I really liked it when I started using it until the switch mechanism failed. I followed all of the trouble shooting instructions to make sure there weren’t any clogs, cleaned every nozzle and made sure the cleaning solution could flow, but found out it was the trigger mechanism that isn’t working properly. Had it not failed though, I definitely would have given it a higher review because it did clean half of my kitchen floors really well. Updated: customer service was great and swift. They sent me a new mop quickly after I sent the unusable one back, and I’ve got to say, I’m satisfied. There hasn’t been any malfunctions with the Mop they sent, so I’m wondering if the first one just had a manufacturer error. I can easily take it up and down the stairs to mop and it gets all the toughest spots up off of my floors thanks to the steam. I’m really glad that customer service was able to work things out. ... show more

    • Failed inside of 1 year warranty, but was refunded.
This steamer is light and easy to use. Does a decent job on linoleum and tile kitchen and bathroom floors. The water tank needs refilled frequently and the manual tells you to beware of running it dry as it may ruin the unit. Also, use distilled water. I had a problem after 11 months and a half dozen uses. Stopped heating. After a week or so of emails and one phone call, the company gave me a complete refund. I would probably buy another of their products because of the customer service and their standing behind their product.. ... show more

Was very impressed at first easy to put together lightweight easy maneuverability hard to get along edges and corners but the lever to activate the spray for cleaner broke within the first 10 minutes something popped and then It became useless now having difficulty putting it in the box because the area that contains that part won’t come apart to put it back in box to send back to Amazon ... show more

Works great, lightweight. Make sure distilled water is used and it's filled when in use. Also it's extremely important to insert the attachment that goes into the handle correctly or the trigger for the cleaner won't work and it won't come out. I subscribe to Murphy's Law, if something CAN go wrong, it WILL go wrong, especially when I'M assembling something. ... show more

It works ok but they use a unique pad with no velcro It has an elastic bands , no clips either, with a trapezoidal shape so nothing fits and none are available.(only for another model) PurSteam has not answered an email I sent and the phone number just says call back another time. Very cheap in construction especially the cleaning solution tank is clear very thin plastic that is sure to easily break. Even at $29 on prime day it is not worth it, ... show more

At first I was skeptical because I previously owned a bissell, but this steam mop has been amazing! It was easy to assemble and took 30 seconds of heat up time. I steamed my whole kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom. It managed to remove problem areas on my floor with just one stroke.
