When I first received this steam mop water, I wasn't too sure about the smell. I like eucalyptus and mint, but it smelled pretty strong there in the bottle, but once I actually used it in my machine it wasn't as strong. I am still not sold on how well a steamer works so I can't comment on its cleaning ability. I will keep using this and then decide if I prefer it over no scent distilled water, however, I will probably just go the plain water in the future as it would be cheaper, and I am not big on fragrances in my life. ... show more

    • A must-have for steam mopping!

Great addition to my Bissell steam mop. While this is pricey for the fact that it is just scented water, I would still recommend purchasing it if you are like me - If I steam mop my floors with plain water without a scent I just don't feel like it is as clean because I am used to using a regular mop and enjoying that fresh clean smell after doing the floors, so while the scent does not change the cleanliness of the process, I prefer using the scented water because the fresh smell it leaves behind makes me feel like the room is really clean. The scent on this one is fantastic and I frequently get compliments when people enter the house after I have steam mopped my tile floors with this, as it leaves a wonderful clean smell in the air. *Important* - I should include the fact that I do also use the Bissell Spring Fresh discs to increase the scent in the air when steam mopping my floors, so the reason the scent is so strong in my house is also because of the use of the scent discs (which I also recommend purchasing as they are worth the money). I would definitely recommend using this scented water though because it is demineralized which is very important for the wellbeing of your steam mop (so it doesn't get clogged up and lasts longer), and the spring fresh scent is really great. The scent isn't too artificial smelling like many are, but is just a light clean smell. ... show more

Bissell essential oil water for my spinning mop. It is a small bottle for the price. One bottle only fills the mop tank 2-3 times. It has a nice smell but not amazing. The floors get clean by the steam process, but I wanted them to smell good too. I plan to just add essential oils to my gallon of distilled water for the future. Won't purchase again. ... show more
