This pink hat heat press is simple to use. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. Setting the temp and time is quick. I like that it has the foam to place the hat on. However, sometimes I couldn't position the design perfectly on the hat due to the size of the foam. It may be that I need to practice with it more. I didn't have issues most other times practicing with it. I found that some vinyls take 2-3 repetitions whereas other vinyls adhered on the first attempt. I've been pressing hats using my clamshell with middling results, even when using pillows or something to hold the shape. This dedicated hat press is amazing and is just what you need when you get an order for a lot of caps needing sublimation, vinyl, or patches. Unit comes with everything you need to get started and is very easy to set up to match your temp, pressure, and timing for your materials.
