I know heating pads are usually meant for muscle pain, but that’s not how we’re using this one. Our cats absolutely love these things. We actually put this particular pad inside our oldest cat’s little “fort” (aka a cardboard box with a hole cut in it), and it’s become her favorite nap spot. What makes this pad stand out is the timer feature—you can set it to stay on continuously, unlike a lot of other pads that shut off automatically after a short time. That’s a huge plus for us since we’re using it for pet comfort rather than quick relief. We keep the heat level at about a 3, and even with regular use, there’s been no overheating, burning, or damage to the fabric. The cover is soft and cozy, with none of that plasticky feel that some cheaper pads have. It's lightweight too, which makes it easy to tuck into little spaces. We actually have three of these around the house now (yes, we’re definitely those pet people), and they've held up great. If you’ve got pets that love warm spots, this is a solid buy.

My heating pad of over two decades finally bit the dust. You might think I didn't use it much, but that is not the case. So I wasn't expecting to find one that matched it, but boy was I was wrong. Since I received it I having been using it night and day (for chronic pain). It is very soft,the coils aren't stiff, the heat is just right not too hot, nice long cord and an auto shut off. My wish is it last as long as my last one and continues to be a 5 star.

My old one lasted 4 years, so good durability! I just rebought it. It's soft, comforting, cute color, and great value for the money. The only annoying thing is that sometimes it doesn't get as warm as it should, so you have to turn it off and back on.

This heating pad is advertised as 12“ x 24“. Those dimensions are correct. When I’ve purchased heating pads in the past, those dimensions are fully heated. In the case of this heating pad, as you will see in my pictures, the dimensions of 9 1/2” x 18” is actually the portion of the heating pad that heats up. The heating pad itself shows the portion by the little indentation dots that are on the heating pad. So I did not receive a “heating” pad that was 12” x 24”. I indicated portions in my picture that show where it does not heat up. There is a small portion in one of my pictures that actually jabs me in my skin when I lay on it. The design of the heating pad itself is not comfortable to lay on at all especially if you’re getting it to lay on for your back. It’s full of bunches all around all the edges. This is perfectly shown in my pictures. This seems to be durable heating pad, but it’s not. I can’t speak on the safety feature, nor the burn resistance feature because the heating pad never fully heated up for me. Well, I guess there could’ve been a safety issue if I continue to use it. If I continue to use it and it wasn’t working properly, it could’ve been a fire hazard. When I would have it on the maximum number of six, it would warm up. I would describe it as a lukewarm feeling. You have the options to have it on a certain amount of time or to go automatically off. That lukewarm feeling faded in less than 20 minutes and it felt as if I was laying not on a heating pad. This heating pad is a very poor quality, is overpriced and doesn’t work specifically because of its design. I do not recommend. Please find another heating pad.

I got this for my wife to help with menstrual cramps. She had a smaller pad before, but it didn’t give enough coverage. This one is much bigger, super soft (like a blanket) and wraps around her stomach really well. The heat isn’t as strong as her old one, but she still prefers this because of the size and comfort. Controls are simple, it heats up quickly, and the cord is long enough to use in bed comfortably. She loves the “always on” and 2-hour auto shut-off options. It comes with a storage pouch to protect from dust when not in use. Only wish that it could get a little hotter. Still, highly recommended. Might even buy a second one for my niece.
