I purchased this steam cleaner and over the last year have thoroughly enjoyed using the powerful device and all the attachments. I clean my cabinets, floors, granite, walls, pumps, tiles, heating elements, couches, chairs, stove, oven, fridge, trash bins, dishwasher...BASICALLY EVERYTHING! Its not hard to use or maintain. Its powered by electricity and water so theres no expensive chemicals to continue to purchase. It kills germs and scrubs surfaces amazingly. We have pets that get their grim everywhere and this is a godsent to easily clean up any messes or stains. I can not recommend this product more! Plus it comes with all these great attachments. Dont think about it any longer, just buy one and enjoy. If you put the time in to clean with regular sponges and brushes then this will save you so much time and effort. ... show more

I really like this steamer. I've used it for several projects around the house.... cleaning grout, sinks, bath tubs, etc. I tried using it on the wrinkles in my new curtains and it didn't do too well with that, but to be fair I don't think it's meant to be a fabric steamer. I will continue to use my regular clothes steamer for any fabric jobs. The steamer works well for cleaning hard surfaces. It puts out a lot of steam and leaves the surfaces pretty warm so I feel like it's doing a good deep clean. For grout I spray with cleaner first and let it sit, and then gently use the steamer to help remove the soap scum. It usually takes a few rounds of scrubbing to get all the dirt and soap scum out, which is I left four stars , but overall it makes it much easier to clean the shower than doing it all by hand. When my husband used it he actually removed some of the grout(!)... so it's true what people say as far as only lightly scrub surfaces and let the steam do the work. If you scrub too hard you'll only wear out the brushes and/or remove the grout like my husband did! My only complaint is on things like glossy tile floors, it puts out a lot of water and leaves a lot of streaks which need to be dried up with a towel, which adds an extra step, so I've stopped using it for those projects. Also I wish the handle was just a little bit longer so I didn't have to bend over as much when doing the floors! Otherwise, really good steamer. My mom used it and now wants to get rid of her other steamer and get one of these! ... show more

This machine is mighty! It’s versatile and does a solid job of cleaning. The different tips are useful and the water reservoir hold enough to get the job done without having to stop and refill.

Very good product that does require some small improvements to make it a great product. Good Points: Easy to use, no chemicals, Long cleaning time, comes with 4 brushes of which the brass brush is the best by far. I would rate the plastic brushes 4 on a 10 scale and the brash a 9. Company offered additional floor cleaning pads when you registered the product. Nice touch. Overall I am very happy with this product. Bad Points: sad to say there are a few bad points that could have been avoided. The first is that there does not appear a way to purchase additional brass brushes. I did find replacements on Ebay but you had to buy the 4 plastic to get one brass. The plastic wear out very very fast. The brass is great for the tough jobs like grout, auto, tools, etc. The second problem is the inability of the floor pad to stay attached to the cleaner head. I have attached a photo of the problem because it is very frustrating to have the pad continually fall off. Note: if you try cleaning side to side it helps. I have also attached photos of some quick jobs I did the day I removed it from the box. Cleaning grime from doors, tools and other spots has never been easier. ... show more

Have used the steamer extensively and performance has been great. Easy to maneuver, multiple attachments for different jobs. I am most impressed by the level of their customer service when I was looking for more attachments. Very responsive and accomodating.
