The way it came packaged was absolutely amazing ! I’m still waiting on my ink to show up but everything else came packaged very well and it arrived earlier than expected which was great bc my old dtf printer is currently needing a new motherboard- I was up and running in just a few hours ! I like that the ink tanks are bigger. The instructions that came with was great ! Everything so far about this purchase has been 100x better than the one I purchased from another site. The printer itself is pretty light in comparison to my other one and is much slimmer than my original- I like the way the paper feeds down in. The after sales rep so far has been great. I have a small issue with a few blinking lights but they have asked me to take a video if it happens again. I feel certain they will be there to help ! I wish I would have bought this printer before purchasing my other one but I will say it definitely makes me appreciate the lil things they have done in this printer to make it more accessible and easy ! The prints that I’ve printed so far have been of much better quality than my other printer which I’m using the same ink and paper as my old printer ! I’m not sure why it’s so much better but I’m impressed and that says a lot ! I would definitely buy this again !

Please do not buy this is the biggest piece of trash on the market had to send first unit back arrived nonfunctioning and they wanted me to send for repair I said no and made them send another and this new one has issue after issue constantly error waste 100s pf dollars in ink and paper barely prints correct waste ink filled after less than a month and needed a special program hack as backdoor access to reset which upon all virus scan was fill of malware straight for their tech people please do not buy from this company same company as Pro colored save yourself some troubles

First off, I could not be happier. After a few hiccups in the beginning due to missing parts (not the fault of the seller but most likely customs), we were able to get the printer up and running fairly quickly and easily. The after sales support was wonderful in helping us get the pieces we were missing and even offered to walk us through the set-up step by step if we needed. Overall the value and print quality have been amazing. There are step by step videos for every step in the process. Overall the PUNEHOD L1800 DTF printer has been a perfect fit for the start of our new business.

I have this one and haven't had any issues - just gotta run a few clean cycles to get ink to print right if I forget to. Just make sure it's plugged in and on so white mixing can still happen. Overall a good experience with this machine and I'm a beginner at DTF. I will say that the software did give me a little bit of a headache bc for whatever reason it stopped working right one day, had to uninstall and reinstall software.

I’m beyond impressed with this printer and customer service. They were there to guide me from the moment I opened the box. I’ve had a few hiccups along the way, but customer service is excellent. Jacky and the team go above and beyond to help you in every way possible. They’ve made this DTF journey a whole lot easier. I 100% recommend this printer. The quality of my prints is amazing. It was worth it in my opinion.

We have had this printer for a year and have had multiple problems despite following daily maintance as intructed. Customer service has been very difficult to get a hold of since they are China based. It is difficult to get any answers to problems.
