Engineering - Five Stars: Cleverly designed for simple and easy assembly. Cudos to the design engineer(s)! Instruction Manual - Five Stars for simplicity and readability. Parts Organization - Five Stars: all parts clearly numbered INCLUDING separate numbers for Left and Right parts. Supplied Hardware - Five Stars: like parts, clearly numbered with Use and Quantities. Above and Beyond - Five Stars: seperate package of "Extra Parts" (for the sometimes inevitable loss or desctruction of parts). The bed is surprisingly well engineered. It is robust and sturdy and all the materials are good quality. The drawers are a bit junky, but still work well. Be prepared, putting it together is a TRIAL but it is very worth it once it's all put together. The instructions could use some better elaboration yes, but everything is pictured correctly. The only issue I had with the entire process was getting it delivered: FedEx is an absolute dumpster fire and trying to get them to even attempt a delivery on a huge package to a residence is a joke. After a "ding and dash" delivery attempt, two more alleged attempts (people have cameras now, we can see the drivers pull up and leave without trying to deliver) and holding the package over a weekend I was finally able to pick up my package, which looked mangled. I was worried there was damage, but again, this product is engineered very well, along with the tetris masters that package it up. Not one single scratch or scuff on anything! In short, very very good product but horrendous logistics in getting it to you. My advice if you want this bed: have it delivered to your work and get some help from someone with a pickup if you don't have one yourself! Amending this review: The customer service was very helpful in making sure I was satisfied with this purchase and refunded the cost of shipping. Again, this is a wonderful product and it is well worth the price.

Great purchase! Loooooove this bed! At first I was skeptical of buying a queen bed in a box, but it did not disappoint! Set up was easy, instructions very clear! Frame itself is very sturdy! Has a shelf on top with power outlets, which is very useful. Oh, and the LED lights, different colors to set the mood in the bedroom! Amazing!!!! Definitely recommend! Great bed frame!!!

This bedframe is very sturdy, does not squeak, and looks great. It arrived in good shape in one huge box. It is heavy, we opened it outside and brought in the pieces. There are a lot of steps, so take your time with it. The instructions are correct, but review the diagrams carefully. In step 3, the power for the LED light will run down through the "one rounded corner" of the shelf mentioned in step 5, so make sure to place the LED strip in the right direction. The diagrams in steps 4 & 5 were a little confusing at first until we realized it was showing the back view of the headboard. Be careful with step 12, the part B screws are inset and they can easily drop into the frame. I put the screw on the end of the hex key first, and guided it with my finger to keep the screw from falling off. It took an afternoon with a couple of breaks to build it. It's not hard, but there are a lot of parts. Overall, we like this bedframe very much.

Ordered for a replacement for my daughter. Assembly took about 2 hours. The construction of all parts was easy and straight forward. Lights worked, electrical worked. Rolling baskets work great, the fact there are side walls, that prevent stuff from going under the bed, pretty awesome. If I had to give a con, I would say this bed would be a lot better if the frame was higher. a 6 to 8 inch lift would make it better for getting in and out. (this is with a 12 inch thick mattress)

Love it, I just wish the sides of the headboard were also closed off. Just like the photo. I prefer my bed to be taller, however, so I also use a box spring but it also works very well without it. The rungs are severely sturdy, though parts of assembly were a bit difficult and we almost lost a screw inside the base. I wish there was more storage space, it would have been nice to have another drawer on the sides but I understand why they didnt. Please excuse the stains in my rug, soda does not clean well let me tell you...

Typically with these Amazon products I know what I'm getting: everything takes an allen wrench to put together, nothing quite fits right, but it's still as good as I hoped it would be. Not this time unfortunately as the two main aspects of it (drawers and platform base) are just laughably bad. If you were anticipating the drawers might slide in and out of some tracks beneath the bed (like any drawer ever) you would be wrong! They're actually not attached to anything whatsoever, and only "close" with a small bolt head that's intended to hook inside part of the bed frame (if you line it up just right and don't give up due to frustration). The drawers themselves are just baskets on wheels. You might as well get a normal bed frame and just shove your things under the bed, it's the same deal. I cannot comprehend why they didn't just go with a track system, would've made this entire experience way better for roughly the same material usage and time to install. The headboard is my other complaint though this one is more personal than objective. There's no backing to it at all, so unless your bed is perfectly flush against the wall, anything you put on those little ledges (which by the way are quite shallow) you risk losing it behind your bed when you go to reach for it and accidentally push it through the gap. They couldn't have included a sheet of nail-in laminate like all other products like this for a backing? The light feature is essentially worthless as well. The lights in the photos are not real, you can't achieve that brightness and for some reason can't even achieve yellow (it's green, there is no yellow). White is also not a color (it's blue). Again, no idea what they were thinking with this one but you can buy your own LED strip that's a billion times better if you really want. So like, for an actual bed frame sure, it's sturdy, looks ok, gets the job done. But all the extra nice features (the reason I bought this specific product) are genuinely terrible. I have to laugh at how bad they really are. It's not like my bed is going to be falling through the slats or anything, so it's more funny than frustrating. Don't buy this thing if you can help it
