Supposed to be brand new, but it showed up like this. Bottom line: you get what you pay for. If you can spend a little more, I’d recommend doing so. The quality was poor overall. It looked like this radiator had already been installed, used, and then returned. There were remnants of coolant both inside and on the unit, along with rust around the mounting holes, damaged fins, and a broken plastic cap. It was the correct fit for my truck, but it arrived damaged and unusable. Definitely not a good value for something advertised as new.
