Just installed the spring and my husband tried it out on his 50 pound bag and was very impressed. The bag doesn't move as much now compared to before without having the spring. The spring is very sturdy and seems to absorb some of the impact. Working the bag has a much better feel now. And works well to reduce basement ceiling vibration (and floor above) during workout! This heavy boxing bag suspension spring is made of all-steel construction for added strength.

The old spring no longer works. I saw it online and ordered it. Upon receiving it, I found it to be better than I expected. It is very flexible. Also, it is very sturdy and will last a long time. The spring dampens the shock very well. It improves the safety of the punches. So far, I haven't found any problems with it. I am very happy with this purchase.
