I got this to see if it would help me be more comfortable in my car for longer trips. For some reason, my car's seats tend to cause my back to hurt. This cushion does help a great deal with that, but I sometimes need to reposition the cushion also, as it just gets a little uncomfortable after a while. But, for me, it definitely helps make my car's seats a little more comfortable & less painful on my back. So that alone garners a good review from me!

First, I have to admit I’m not using the pillow as lumbar support, although I’m sure it would be a great lumbar support pillow. What I needed was a cushion that I could use to raise myself a bit higher when I’m driving. This pillow has just the right combination of firm memory foam and tapered design that fits my body. It looks a bit weird on the seat because it is shaped for using in an upright position, but that does not at all affect its use as a seat cushion. It wraps around me in the back, giving me the height I need, and then tapers to nothing as it slopes down to the front of the seat so I don’t feel an edge on my legs. It doesn’t interfere with my control of the accelerator or brake at all. I feel I am a safer driver with the help of this pillow since I have a better view of the road.

I have arthritis in my lower spine and benefit from additional support when seated for a length of time. The Lumbar Pillow works!! The instant pain relief snd comfort is impressive. I use it when I'm a passenger or driver during vehical travel!! The pillow is 15.7" X 13.8", perfect size for my car. The memory foam makes it easy for me to move it, with me to use in doors, either sitting up in bed or in any chair. The strap helps keep the pillow in place. The cover is removable and can be zipped off for wash and dry. The best part of this design is that it is simple, attractive, lightweight and easy to transfer, very deserving of 5 stars.

I received this lumbar support today and put it to use right away. I've had back problems since I was a kid. Lumbar support is crucial. Unfortunately, it can be tough to find furniture that has really good support. I ordered this with the idea to leave it in my husband's pickup, since the support isn't great. I couldn't resist trying it out on the couch first. It's amazing! Comfortable, supportive, and cushiony, it fits my back perfectly. The fabric is soft, and the charcoal grey color is very attractive. There's an adjustable strap on the back to keep it in place on a car seat. The construction is excellent. It should hold up for a very long time. If you're looking for comfortable lumbar support, you will love this pillow.

This back support works great on my office chair. It doesn't slide up or down and stays securely in place. It's soft yet provides good support. My back doesn't hurt nearly as much as it used to especially when sitting for long periods.

I sit in an office chair all day and definitely have some lower back pain from sitting in the chair. I try to fix my posture when I bring it to my awareness but I knew I needed something more than just "when I remember it". I wanted to try an affordable option before investing in something more expensive. I got this one and I absolutely love it. It has firm yet soft support. It contours to your back but doesn't feel so mushy that you just sink in it. So its soft yet supportive. My back pain is actually gone now that I have used this for about a week!

This Lumbar Support has the nice feature of keeping it in place on the back of my kitchen chair. The comfort and relief is immediate. I would give it 5 starts if it had a bit more firmness, a personal preference. I easily sit comfortably and correctly as suggested by my Physical Therapist.

I use this on my computer chair and am quite pleased with the comfort it provides. It is not as firm as some other pillows I've tried in the past, and it has no rigid support board - so it doesn't feel like any of the others. That said, it does seem to help alleviate some of my back issues from sitting too long (and old age). The strap and adjustable buckle help keep it in place and exactly where I need it in relation to my back. I think this is a fair price for this item.
