These pads honestly saved my life postpartum. I was healing from a second degree tear and was incredibly uncomfortable. Sitting, standing, even just trying to relax felt impossible. These cooling pads were the only thing that actually gave me real relief. They get cold fast and stay cold for several hours. I love that they’re big enough to wear comfortably with all of the things I added on top of it like witch hazel foam. I could finally sit without wincing, which felt like a miracle at that point. I was even able to comfortably wear jeans with them. What I love most is how easy they are to use. No freezing and no prepping you just crack them, shake them, and they’re ready. When you’re postpartum and barely surviving on sleep, simple things like easy comfort matter. If you’re recovering from a v birth, especially with tearing, these are a must have.
