This machine is fabulous. It cleans better than any other machine I have ever used. I clean houses for other people and now I only have to carry one machine as it does all types of cleaning. Love it

    • Great investment for a business
Style: 8pc Commercial Power Nozzle Tool Kit
I love this vacuum! It is slightly annoying taking the vacuum on and off my back but the amount of back pain it saves me is totally worth it! I will say, if you have a cleaning business drape the hose over your shoulder so that way you will prevent yourself from accidentally knocking over any of your clients decor. This is a great vacuum, the suction is amazing, the canister holds so much dirt and dust so you don’t have to change it out Often. You can also attach brushes and attachments from other brushes just they won’t click in, but I haven’t had an issue with them falling out as long as the sizes are compatible ... show more

    • Wins the race for carpet cleaning
Style: 8pc Commercial Power Nozzle Tool Kit
Was easy to assemble. Lightweight enough and comfy to carry on your back. The power nozzle works great on carpets (and works well on other surfaces too). The power nozzle on/off button is very convenient, so you can easily switch it on/off when moving from one surface to another. I mainly got it for carpets and to not have to drag a stand-up vac up and down the stairs. This works great and I finally can vacuum the carpets to my satisfaction. I have two decent [although not professional] stand up vacs and both would not pick up all the particles and threads off of the carpet, even after a few passes. This ProTeam's vac got everything in a breeze. The amount of fine fuzz in the receptacle after vacuuming the carpets was also more than I would normally get with the stand-up vacs -- to me, this indicated that ProTeam's vac had sucked in more of the lose fuzzies hiding inside the carpet. ... show more

    • ProTeam Warranty is terrible!!!
Style: 8pc Commercial Power Nozzle Tool Kit
I bought this vacuum with high expectations. After only 1 week of use the power nozzle stopped working. Called Pro Team and they assured me that it was covered under warranty and advised me to take it to a repair center. I dropped my vacuum off on Friday received a call on Monday, the repair tech said he found out what the problem was and had already contacted Pro Team to ship the replacement parts and Pro Team denied the warranty claim even after the repair tech said it was of no fault of mine. It took over a week to be delivered and after the part was put on it still didn’t get power to the power nozzle head. At that point they said it needed the entire piece. The repair tech advised me to give Pro Team a call as it was going to cost over $250. After trying to reach a CSR and 5 attempts I finally spoke with someone and she asked me to provide the proof of purchase in which I did promptly. She promised to get back to me by the end of the next day but she did not. 3 days passed and she sent an email saying that as a one time curtesy they would cover it under the warranty. Basically saying they believed it was my fault!! She asked for my shipping address and advised me to pick my vacuum up from the repair tech meaning I would need to replace the parts my self and hope it works. I proved my shipping address on 3/3 and today received another email from the same person at ProTeam asking for it once again. I provided it for the second time and asked for them to rush the shipment but they refused to do so. I am still without my vacuum and it has been at the repair center for almost 1 month now. Very disappointed in ProTeam and will not purchase another one. I have a Tornado back pack vacuum that I have had for 6 years and never had 1 problem with it. I wish Tornado would make a power nozzle head for it. Tornado vacuums are a thicker plastic and are a lot stronger. ... show more

Everything was perfect but one of the parts to the vacuum was damaged makes it hard to disconnect from the power head so I just leave it on. I couldn’t go any longer without vacuuming..

    • Good Vac requires maintenance get a better electrical cord.
Style: 8pc Commercial Power Nozzle Tool Kit
Commercial outstanding backpack vacuum!. Like any vacuum keep it clean all filters and intake nozzles. My only issue is the extension power cord. I would highly recommend a more robust cord. Please purchase a 12 or at least the minium14 gauge electrical extension cord.
