The media could not be loaded. The commercial vacuum cleaner in our towing shop stopped working and I have been procrastenating buying it's replacement. So I finally checked out commercial vacuum cleaners and chose the Pro Team model 1073300. Setup out of the box only took a few minutes and only required a Phillips head screwdriver to tighten the handle retainer screw. The Pro Team is a very well built and rugged vacuum cleaner that features a functionality status LED on the top panel that will notify you when the bag is full or even when the roller brush is jammed and as well when all is good. Cleaning and clearing the roller brush is easy to do, just press down on the roller brush retainer cover and the roller can be easily removed and cleaned The Pro Team vacuum comes with a robust warranty. I tested the Pro Team on a small patch of carpet in our drivers rest area, it was very dirty with dried mud, I thought it did quite well overall considering how dirty the carpet in this area was. This will make whoever is cleaning immensely happy as they haven't had a vacuum for over a month now! The Pro Team is an excellent commercial vacuum that I will refer to others.

I say true commercial because it implies both quality and some limitations. This unit is meant to be used--the construction is robust and the seller backs most of the unit with a five year parts and labor warranty. Normally, I wouldn't put much stock in the warranty since sellers on Amazon come and go. But I believe this vacuum is made by a division of Emerson Electric (at least, that's what it says on the box) and Emerson is a company that has been around for a very long time--way longer than Amazon. They were primarily known for mid grade consumer items like TV's and Air Conditioning units. I don't remember them making consumer grade vacuums. I suspect that if this breaks, you will be able to have Emerson repair it. One of the more remarkable things about this vacuum is that the cord is 50 feet long--more than half a basketball court. Another remarkable thing is that the 'clog' points are easily accessible and cleared without any tools. You may well ask yourself ( I did) why, if Emerson knows what the clog points are going to be that they don't just go ahead and engineer those clog points out. But I guess they couldn't. The motor is not particularly loud, nor is it quiet. But the suction is excellent--as strong as a Miele or even a central vac and while this is designed for low pile and bare floors, it is strong enough to clean well. I did not test it on a high pile rug--I don't have any--but other reviewers have mentioned that it isn't designed for deep pile and there is no height adjustment anyway. There aren't many fancy attachments for cleaning various things in the home as you would expect with a high end household type machine or even a Dyson (which usually comes with a substantial kit of specialized implements.) I also do not see where you can buy supplies for this machine though I am certain you can. The bags are replaceable but are not listed for sale. If your intent is to clean a large fairly open space with outlets not more than about 100 feet apart, you would not go wrong with this machine in my opinion. This isn't really designed (nor marketed) for home use and I don't think it is well suited for that. The price point is high but I feel as though you are paying for a very substantial warranty on a machine which is intended (and expected) to be used hard in a commercial environment.

This is an absolutely terrible vacuum. My employer replaced our aging Windsor Sensors with these Progens and it has doubled the time it takes to pick up debris from carpets and floor mats. I've not used other Progen products. They seem to get good reviews but do not waste your money on this one. Worst vacuum I have ever used.

This commercial vacuum is well made from quality material. It is very durable and sturdy with some weight to it. However, it glides over the carpet with ease. The electric cord is super long at 50 feet. The suction power seems fine and it does a good job of cleaning. The vacuum was easy to assemble with the included easy to follow and understand instructions. I expect we will receive many years of great service from this product and it comes with a nice 3 year warranty.The item is as described by the seller. I am very pleased with this item and believe you will be as well. Therefore, Dr. T. highly recommends this product!!

This is a decent vacuum that definitely sucks. It's got plenty of power and does a great job of getting most everything. It's easy to use and feels like it's built to last. Personally I'd rather use a shop vac as having to buy bags is kinda a deal breaker for me . So while it does work alright I think you would be better off spending your money elsewhere

I have three cats who shed, and need to vacuum often. This vacuum is very powerful and works perfectly to pick up the hair. It does take some assembly, but it is worth it. It is as good as my Dyson, which, until now, was my favorite vacuum of all time. This one is highly recommended.

Cord is super long, love that. Comes with two bags and two attachments. Not overly loud and alright to push. It glides well over low pile carpet and hardwood/vinyl but it struggles a bit on higher pile surfaces. There is no carpet length adjustment (I assume the manufacturer thinks all businesses will have low pile or hard surface) but I'm trying to deal with a high pile rug and it is a bit more difficult to push on that. It does, however, REALLY clean the rug in question. Edge cleaning without the attachment is basically out of the question because of the large head. Assembly was *fine*. It was easy to understand but the handle did not want to go in to the base. It attaches with a screw and I was struggling to get it pushed down far enough for the screw to go in. I mean really, really struggled. Has an odd squeaking noise when being pushed, I need to try to see what is causing that, and I've only used it for a short period of time. Also not totally sold on the suction and pick-up power. It seems to struggle more than a unit this size (and price) should.
