I can fit 3 racks of ribs easily. I've smoked salmon in it (to perfection). I've smoked a 7 lb pork butt and it came out crazy good. And my two 12.5lb turkeys for last thanksgiving were voted best turkeys I've ever had by all the family. The rack space is great. Completely adjustable. so far great little smoker for the price three racks and cover. just make sure pilot tube is all the way in on burner tube i had to do a little bending works good .paint peeled quick on smoker and water bowls but i line with foil anyways
