  • Wonderful
Purchased for my wife for her cleaning company. This thing is STRONG. And will make your carpet look brand new with its suction power, pulling the carpet fibers back upright after heavy traffic. I love this vacuum

  • Poor quality
Very poor quality the design of this vacuum is not efficient within a week both vacuums I bought the harness, broke off of the actual vacuum and fell onto the floor, and it cannot be fixed because they have the harness screwing directly into plastic and it’s stripped by falling off my back. Getting a refund for each vacuum. ... show more

  • Very powerful suction
As I said it has very powerful suction. This can actually be a plus and a minus. You have to figure out how to manage it. On bare floors the full suction is great and it picks up everything. We don't have any low carpets but I can see where it should work just as well on them. The trick is with shag. If you use full suction, it is just to much work to push the powerhead along. To do it right you need to open the suction vent to lower the suction and extend the tube to it's maximum length so that the push angle is as flat as possible. Then it becomes easy to vacuum shag. I noticed the latches on cover are a little sharpish. I ran some 600 grit sandpaper lightly over the edges to just dull them a little. The power pigtail that attaches the hose to the backpack should be about 3 inches longer. The way it is, you can move the hose from the right to the left side and back very easily unless you disconnect it and move the hose and then reconnect it. This means you have to take off the backpack reposition the hose and then put it back on. It the pigtail were longer then you could just transfer the hose to the other side. There are elastic loops in the belt that are supposed to be for holding the extra tools. They are kinda of problematic as you bend and move around, the tools keep falling out of the loops and you have to keep picking them up. They need a better solution but I don't know what. My last suggestion is that it would be nice if there were a 3 way power switch so that you lower the suction of the unit by running the motor at a lower speed. This unit boasts 140 cfm suction and I believe it as I said sometimes it is almost too much suction. Those are actually minor complaints. I have looked at all the backpack vacuums available and this one is the best of the bunch. Even with my issues, I give it 4-1/2 stars. The unit is powerful, easy on your back. lightweight. Has all the tools you need. Is easy to use once you get it on. You do have to be careful and relearn to move about your rooms without knocking into things with the backpack. If you don't like changing bags, they make a bagless unit for the same price. That one has a little less suction but it won't matter as it is still far stronger than most other vacuums. I recommend this unit. Oh and it has a very long cord. ... show more

  • Impressed (added update 2 weeks later, 3 weeks later, 4 weeks last update)
Powerful suction that can be adjusted when needed by opening or closing the small vent at the top of the tube. The power head agitated the old carpet and brought some life back to it. The lines look great. The small power cord at the top should be longer. I only had it unplug once during my hour long cleaning of a sanctuary but depending on who is using it, it may happen more often. Needs to be about 2 inches longer Prolux. I did have an issue turning it off. Where the switch is located was warm when I tried turning it off. Might be a faulty switch or after extended use, the heat causes the switch to malfunction. Upside, unplugging it is easy. The weight wasn't bad. Once the hip belt is adjusted, it sits comfortably on the hips. I'm 6ft and have a 34 waist dad bod. The chest strap seems a bit high but it does hold the top part close once adjusted. It was comfortable wearing it correctly for an hour. Little sweaty on the lower back but that is normal when wearing any type of backpack. It wasn't too loud. I could hear the podcast clearly in the one ear I had an earbud in. One thing that I noticed, and it doesn't have to do with the vacuum, is I found a short white animal hair on the power head. The previous place I bought this exact model from, that I returned because it was used and sold as new, it also had the exact same type of hair in the power head. Does the assembly area have a spot where they vacuum up animal hair before they package it up? Just. I believe the amount I spent was worth it. I say that now after the first day of having it and using it. Things may change down the road and I'll update as needed. edit/update: both screws holding on the waist belt have stripped out the holes. Now all the weight is on the shoulders. Top wire that puts power to the power head needs to be about 3 to 5 inches longer. Dropping 4 stars to 3 stars because these issues that have created some inconvenience. Vacuum still does a great job despite the issues. I can get through our sanctuary in an hour. Agitation from the power head make the carpets pop and dull flatness is gone. Wish there was a commercial sized pils remover for pew cushions. week 3 update, all 4 screws holes for the screws that hold the straps and waist belt have stripped out the holes. The vacuum can no longer be worn on the back. Maybe it was not meant to be used 3 times a week in a sanctuary. The vacuum works great but unfortunately the people who designed/engineered it missed the issue with screwing metal into plastic at 4 major stress points. Looking at it, it seems like they were going to put a bolt in the hole that would go into the vacuum and make it more secure. I wonder if they will replace it, time to see. Week 4 update - I like the vacuum but the strap holding points are downfall of this vacuum in a commercial setting. I decided to do the work. I drilled out the 4 holes to 3/16",added two 3/16 x 1-1/4" fender washers on each side of the top mounting points and it is held in place with a M5-.80 x 35 Pan Phillips Machine bolt with a wingnut and locktite. The bottom two points cannot be held in place with a nut because of how the motor will be interfered with. I held the bolts in place with the fender washer on the outside and screwed in. The bolts need to have 10mm cut off. Do not overtighten this bolt. After the modification, I've used it twice and it hasn't come loose at any of the points. While I have voided my warranty, I made the product better. ... show more

  • In love 💕💕
Have had it for less than a week but there is not a floor I haven't had fun with yo ceiling fan I haven't touched with it. Love the ease of changing heads and doing the edges as I do the floors. Quick and you can do the ceilings and corners too. In the time it used to take just to do a floor I do everything. The provided cord is a bit short but with an extension cord you can reach everything. Then I love the loops to carry all the extra heads.....my kids asked if I was trying out for ghost busters....nope....just dust busters. I did my living room Monday and here Friday it is still clean. Yes that may have to do with sending the kids to camp, but I attribute it to how good this vaccum sucks.....yep it sucks.... everything! My kids even enjoyed the manual and agreed to not use it as a light saber. I don't think I will ever let them touch it though. I have major allergies and with my old upright I had to wear a dust mask to vacuum and would still be out of commission for up to two days after vacuuming. Got new floors in the entire house. The broom and any other vac just never did it. This week I have been able to vacuum everyday and have had Zero allergy issues. Highly recommend and look forward to trying other products. ... show more
