    • It does the job!
It wasn't too difficult to assemble, it was noisy in the beginning but then it subsided as I kept using it everyday. It could use a timer feature, timer starts when you start pedaling. When using the elliptical it's great! Except the electrodes on the handle both sides came unglued. I had to glue them back! When using the bike the handles are way too far for me to hold on to get a heart rate measurement. Also the device holder when using the bike it just falls off it doesn't stay slanted it's too upright so my device falls. I had to put a spray paint can between the handle assembly and the red knob so my device won't slip and fall. Other than that it does the job! 😂 ... show more

I received my Package minus the tablet ; which is shown in all photos and ads. Not a problem. Also I found interesting the bike was sent to me; according to the shipping label from Walmart.com. Who do I contact first. I am very pleased with the bike. Very easy to assemble if you follow the users manual ... show more

All of these proform products require that you pay an additional membership ON TOP of buying their equipment. I want to purchase these to get away from the monthly plans of a gym. Features that are INSIDE THE PROGRAMING OF THE MACHINE are locked unless I PAY YOU MORE ?! I BOUGHT THE MACHINE IT IS MINE WHAT RIGHT DO YOU HAVE TO LOCK THE OWNER PUT OF ITS FEATURES?! Update after one month of use Wheel bearing issue started occurring which were extremely annoying and more so loud. First warranty online chat useless, and the rep cut the chat. Second chat on the same day the rep asked the manager on shift who blamed the seat for being lose!! After much back and fourth I caved and left them send a new seat assembly. Seat assembly arrived last week, and after removing the seat I recorded the sounds again then put the seat back on. To note Pro-Form sent the wrong screws and parts. Monday warranty chat Feb 14th explained the issue and parts sent. Told to send the audio clip with out the seat on. Sent the clip and finally got a ticket for authorized Pro-Form onsite tech to come out once the wheel bearing arrive. In all warranty is very hit and miss with Pro-Form. Hold your ground with them. ---------------- The 2 in 1 machine does what it should. Do not be scared of the amount of IFIT red papers they send with machine telling you that one cannot use it till you pay for a subscription one can easily bypass it. I assembled the machine my self as I took part the old Pro-form we owned when the belt when bad six years later. Assembly is pretty easy. Make sure to test the machine as you assembly it. If you find something is loose it is because you have not tightened the bolts enough. I ran into this issue with the Elliptical handles as the bolts suppled required a socket wrench to hold the hex nut in place with another wrench to tighten it. Once it is tight nothing will move. I tested the machine in parts as people said the machine makes sounds. I haven't experienced any odd sounds or rattles yet. So far the machine is working well, and it very quiet against my old Pro-Form 2 in 1. ... show more
